My husband an I have had the worst experience ever. We went in last night for the first in a while, they said it would be a 30 min wait for the product we wanted. So we left an came back about 45 mins later it still wasn't able to be sold but was on the glass shelf in the display, we finally just settled for something small until the next day. We returned today to get a large amount we were told last night they were doing 15% off until Saturday. Today is Friday so not only did they "miscommunicate" or just plain out lie about the sale but both times they decided to round up on my purchases without notifying me before hand. Legally they have to have a sign stating such. At least give the option to pay the change or round to the nearest dollar up or down instead of rounding up .80 cents without telling me. They refused a return or refund even when a store worker acknowledged I was given bad weed. They played games about the manager being there when they weren’t to refuse my refund.

Purchased top shelf purple, when I got home it was dripping wet.

I called and asked about a refund. starbuds told me to come in the next morning.

I went the next day, no manager, no refund.

Worker saw my bad product and acknowledged it was bad and refused my return and refund after telling me to come in and get one.

It’s not up to me to track down a manager for a refund of a bad product.
