Me and my boyfriend wanted to try something new so I decided on five guys, heard it was good. We walk in, nobody even looks at us, walk up to the counter and the dudes already getting bitched at by a customer. She told him "just forget it!" And walks out. So, I feel bad for the guy but as me and my boyfriend try to order, we quickly notice that this dude doesn't even know what planet he's on. Anyways, I go grab a table after I tell him what I want and my boyfriend trys to order what he wants and he's at the counter with this guy forever... We leave, go up the road somewhere else and after putting in our order , my boyfriend realizes he left his wallet at 5 guys, on the counter! Read moreI won't be returning there the food and service has gone down from when we first began going there. I am a single mom on a budget so this was a splurge for us. The fries are what made us leave McDonald's I would spend 8 dollars there for large fries and would have to go back in for them shorting us. We found five guys and I spent the same $8 and I could feed 4 people who absolutely loved them so we switched and have not gone back but now we r getting the same treatment from five guys so I will keep my Sam's club membership and use that $40 dollars that will go further and just cook at home like I do everything else. Read moreI went here for lunch today and to be honest, I’m so glad I did. The meal was great, but what made my day even more gratifying was the exceptional customer service from Tuluse. Greeting each and every customer as they came and left the restaurant, Tuluse not only made sure every felt welcome, but he was adamant about ensuring everyone in the restaurant had a great experience. He even asked if I was enjoying my meal halfway through. How awesome. You could tell it in his voice. When he spoke, he spoke out of genuine concern not obligation. Sadly, nowadays this type of customer service is hard to find. Nonetheless, 5 guys has no worries if they keep this guy around. If he isn’t already manager or owner, he should be. Outstanding 5 Guys.
