Mondays are always a busy morning getting the school routine taken care of so I stopped in for a veggie quiche and a Dr. Pepper espresso which are my favorite though I wish the drink was bigger, they are still amazing!!! Lol I've loved the quiche even when they were still The Pink Elephant and got them all the time because they're the best (10/10) seem bigger, fluffier, and thicker now (hey me too! 😂) they are a full meal in themselves! The prices and flavors to me are a hundred times better than Starbucks, even better than you'd expect from a lot of local small town shops! Little story here, this Monday morning I forgot my wallet and said I'd be back in 5 minutes, instead the nice lady at the window let me know she could text me a link to pay from my phone which I made sure to before I left the parking lot. We'd been wanting to try the quiche for breakfast, and they were terrific about helping us with the menu, and any questions I had about ordering ahead. FYI, best to call that in, especially larger orders the kitchen may need a day or so to prep above and beyond their usual sales. It was also nice to see some filling choices that were vegetarian or -ish, that gets difficult to find when you're in a hurry, without always only having maybe one choice.
