Their story began with a small mobile trailer, a love of flavored ice, and a desire to bring people together.
With any story there were of course a few setbacks along the way. But given resilience, a don't ever quit trying attitude, and the backing of a community that wants this business to succeed The Pink Elephant has seen brighter days on the horizon, and road their horse down the old town road.
Each employee is friendly, welcoming, quite knowledgeable about coffee, and creative baristas, whipping up unique and tasty delights consistently.
The owners are working on an expansion project to build a new storefront, and as you might have expected, the community is full on behind their mission.
As a takeaway from their humble beginnings, it would be, "Don't Stop, Believing".
