The Pink Elephant, is a remarkable and creative coffee shop, within the Elgin Oklahoma community that draws visitors, and neighbors from all walks of life together for good coffee, pastries, and would you believe it, snow cones...

Their story began with a small mobile trailer, a love of flavored ice, and a desire to bring people together.

With any story there were of course a few setbacks along the way. But given resilience, a don't ever quit trying attitude, and the backing of a community that wants this business to succeed The Pink Elephant has seen brighter days on the horizon, and road their horse down the old town road.

Each employee is friendly, welcoming, quite knowledgeable about coffee, and creative baristas, whipping up unique and tasty delights consistently.

The owners are working on an expansion project to build a new storefront, and as you might have expected, the community is full on behind their mission.

As a takeaway from their humble beginnings, it would be, "Don't Stop, Believing".

When you know, you just know, and The Pink Elephant crew members knew what our town needed, and made it a reality...

Pink Elephant is a great locally run coffee shop. We were looking for a Starbucks but could not find one nearby, so we decided to try this local shop. The coffee and tea was as good, if not better than Starbucks for a much lower price. We also tried a cake they were selling by the slice, it was delicious. This coffee shop is a great local business, I highly recommend it. It’s located less than 1/2 mile off...

We made it by the Pink Elephant just before closing time to order Mrs. Flip Out an iced latte. She said it was delicious. Mrs. Flip Out also likes matcha tea drinks and was impressed that the owner doesn’t use a pre-mix for her matcha beverages. The menu had a nice variety of baked items and lunch items.
