UPDATE- 11/22/24 (7pm) Still avoid this location. Came for the French dip. Didn't get the aju for it. Drive through was not busy. Staff was playing around (like usual) and had a ton of laughing in the order box and when I got to the window staff was still playing around and I assume that's why when I come in that I miss items with my order. Kid at the window told me before slamming window shut, "help me! My manager is trying to murder me!" Ending with laughter and a quick shut to the window. I am all for fun at work and having happy work environment. However when staff can't get orders right on a continuous basis there is a huge problem. I drove back (third time I've had to do this to retrieve missing items once I'm already home, by the way) and spoke to the "manager" on duty. (Guy with beard and tattoos.) Super dismissive and I definitely didn't feel heard. He said, "what do you want me to do??" So I asked for a refund, I got it. However when I was trying to explain that every time I've had this happen to me it's when the staff is playing around and my items get missed. He kinda shrugged it off and went back to work. You couldn't tell from a mile away this man didn't care at all. I think it's important to know why the customer is upset so you can improve. I didn't go in heated or yelling. I waited in line to talk to him and he didn't give the the time of day. I would highly recommend addition training on deescalating and customer service. I would also recommend retraining staff at this location in general.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! Ordered a French dip tonight, and when we got home we found out we instead got a Greek Gyro. To top it off, we got the Aju for the French dip we didn't have BUT it was SO poorly packaged that it had spilled ALL over said gyro and turned it all soggy and the bag ripped and spilled all over my car seat. Didn't get a straw for my drink. Went all the way back to Arby's to get the right food. After asking about a refund for this dinner time nightmare, I was told that they absolutely couldn't do that without a manager. HOW are we effectively running this establishment without any management present? No supervision to make sure things are being done right! Was told we can keep the soggy Gyro tho. No freaking thanks. Avoid this place run by humans who are unsupervised and don't know what they're even doing. Not professional AAAAAATTTTT...
Read moreI've been having trouble with this location for a while now. Tonight, I gave it one more shot, and I deeply regret doing so.
(This is the drive-thru for context) Tonight, I ordered a large turkey bacon ranch combo meal. I got all items large with no ice on the drink. The person taking the order relayed everything back to me perfectly. The person at the window, however, did not.
I was asked to confirm my drink and the size even though it should've been displayed on the order. I explained again that I ordered a large lemonade with no ice. I then paid and, after a moment, was given a medium lemonade filled to the brim with ice. I was then immediately told that they needed to make fresh fries for my order. At that point, I was already a bit upset but was too tired to really resolve the issue. I then got my order and drove forward to let more people get their orders. Looking in the bag, I did not find a large fry, I found another medium one. I paid for a large order but received the opposite. After multiple confirmations on everything and a double check on the drink. This is frankly unacceptable.
The food itself was okay enough. The bread on the sandwich was scorched. There was a small burnt flavor, but nothing too bad.
Compared to other issues I've had recently, this isn't too bad. I've just had repeat issue after issue, and I'm done dealing with it. If you still want Arby's, then the one in Syracuse by Rush is still great. I don't think I'll be doing business with them in...

Our chicken sandwiches were good, but the customer service was Horrible! We are disappointed with the quality. We went through the drive through and after asking the employee to repeat what he said, he screamed back at us (it was not necessary to scream). And then when he asked if there was anything else for our order (mind you he didn't ask what we wanted for our drinks) we responded kindly saying "yah, just a minute" while we figured out what else we wanted his response was a really loud big sigh of annoyance. They also crammed both of our meals into one bag making the bag rip and we lost both of our fries. This is annoying for the service and that we paid for...
