My son and I went to grab food on our way home. Saw that burger king was empty which is my one and only fast food restaurant that, I still go to. This is the worst Burger King I have ever went to! I go through the drive-thru order 2 #1 meals and 1 #8 which is the Chicken sandwich and, ask for it to be plain. I forgot to ask for cheese on it though which is my husbands favorite. I checked his sandwich only when we get our order since, he freaks out about mayo. Sure enough they obviously put mayo on or used a pre-made sandwich and, just tried to wipe the mayo off. I was like, oh well I forgot the cheese anyway so, I will just go in and get it fixed. I go in show them the sandwich and, tell them I forgot to ask for cheese too so no big deal. The girl was like "well that will be a extra $.75." at the time I was like okay, whatever. Although, I've worked in grocery and a pizza place so, at that point I knew they had no customer service. Then the girl has to get a manager since she doesn't know how to charge me for the extra cheese. I hear her tell the girl cooking that no mayo like originally but add cheese (the girl is cooking with headphones on which I'm assuming were for music since she had to take them off to hear). No one including the manager said sorry for the inconvenience, or have a good evening, nothing. They did roll their eye's a few times so, I know they do have some emotions. Well, it would have ended there and, I wouldn't be posting this but, I get out to the car and check it one last time. Feeling stupid but, my husband is OCD. Guess what no cheese that they just made a huge deal about me paying extra for. I go in the manager is the one up front. I was like "do you think I could have the cheese you just charged me extra for?" She looks at me rolls her eyes doesn't say a word to me at all..... takes the sandwich back and I hear the girl in the back yell "I know there wasn't any cheese on this sandwich!" that's when I realized her headphones weren't for orders. Anyway, get back all the food is not lukewarm but freaking cold the onion rings on top are good but, after about 4 down they're all rubbery like they've sat under the lights all day. On both orders of onion rings so, I'm thinking they only had enough fresh ones for one order so they split them and, put old on the bottom. Read moreThe waiting time in line will be shorter going forward. We start this journey at Wendy’s. I waited in line for twenty minutes before I reached the ordering menu, I thought I really do not have another twenty minutes to get my food.” 3pm” soi went to BK, worried that I might have a bad sandwich, because The last times I have been here I have ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which was not impressive to say the least. I was able to get a better sandwich from the manager but it eliminated the “convienence” portion of the time. So today I was handed something that resembled a chicken sandwich. I’m sure at one period of the day it was indeed a real chicken sandwich. This was not not the time. Let me paint this picture as best I can. The bun was orange, the main patty of the item that I was handed looked like something that people use to scrap the callus on the bottom of someone foot. The tomato was the size of a nickel in thickness discolored to yellow green. Lettuce colored brown with hints of green. If you don’t believe me, go look in the garbage right out side the drive up window. The whole thing is sitting in the garbage can, no need for digging, it’s the last item in the over filled trash that has not been emptied this week. I’m sure I could have gotten out of my truck and walked in and had something made fresh after speaking with a manager but Burger King is supposed to be done “my way” as the slogan states “have it your way” but that means the first time not the second, or third. I debated on throwing it at the windows to the dining area but didn’t want to break the window and have glass cut anyone then I would have to explain to police why a sandwich shouldn’t break windows and how they should be at fault. So I did what any good conservative Christian would do, I went back to Wendy’s, got two spicy chickens for the same price as bk’s one sandwich and don’t have to worry about taking any laxatives to ease the pain of the pumus stone that that bk called a sandwich. I get it that times are hard and companies need to lower overhead costs, kee a sandwich under the warming light. But if it’s been 6 hours since you have had anyone order that particular sandwich, then make the damn thing right then, there just like the pictures and commercials show it. Read moreJust went through drive-thru and was treated rudely from time I placed order till I recieved it. Usually I go to the one by my house in Clear field but they were closed. We decided to drive to this Layton location to get our onion rings fix. When the boy asked to take our order he came of rude like he had better things to do than take our order or be at work period. I heard my husband request 4 of the Zesty onion rings condiments 3 separate times before he finished taking our order. When we were given our food we pulled over to check the order. We double checked our order and no Zesty sauce. I went to the door to walk in and inform them but because it was after midnite the lobby was closed. They're we're cars lined up in drive thru so because no way to go in restaurant I apologized to customer who was waiting at window for his order and asked the kid who was working the window if I could have the Zesty one more time. He hands It to and then rudely States in front of other customer" Just so you know we your not allowed to walk up to drive thru window." I nicely informed him when you forget things in my order how am I supposed to correct the problem if the doors are all locked because lobby is closed,there is cars lined up in drive thru and I don't have time to drive back around and wait in drive thru line just to get the condiments I nicely requested and reminded you about for times. So was rude again and said well that's our policy. So at this point I'm upset with this thrumpy looking Juggalo with purplish pink hair and big gauges in his ears basically telling me even if we screw your order up just deal with it and don't bother me again. I was nice till the point he had to be rude in front of other customer. So thank Mr. Juggalo for insuring I'll never bring my business to you again and I will call your home office not to mention Tell every man,woman,child,website,etc. About how rudely you were.
