Speaking as a former employee of this location, a DoorDasher and customer. Biggest issue is Management they're rude, hateful, disrespectful, pick fights and absolutely sucks and needs to be reevaluated. The employees are rude and don't care about standards (or theirs are ridiculously low). This entire store is dirty and unsanitary. I worked here two separate times and both time have seen multiple people making food while not wearing gloves and have rarely seen anyone washing hands. They are rude to the customers and each other. Management is the worst and will clock in then leave and return to clock out. A lot of the employees will disappear to go smoke and talk for hours leaving 2 people to do everything but you will get yelled at in your face for going to the bathroom and aren't allowed to go to the bathroom on shift unless clocking out for it or on lunch. The managers will also tell you to clock out and leave if they don't want you there then reprimand you and threaten to write you up for clocking out and leaving during your shift. They are no help with training or questions or customers. You are expected to know everything. They have rude friends that are not employees that come into the kitchen and talk and eat and get free things. Some of the employees will come to work while strung out and high (not talking about pot). The manager Maria is very handsy with all the staff and has grabbed my stomach, rubbed her hands on my back multiple times, has ripped things out of my hands and does the same to other employees and has issues with disabilities. She is rude to people in wheelchairs and canes and she was very rude to another employee that is HOH and even went as far as accusing her of faking being deaf. She will send the entire staff and store home if she doesn't like them making excuses as to why they're sent leaving the store short staffed and stressed. Other managers will find a reason to pick on or be rude to others. The managers on shift will also get mad at you for helping customers order or answering their questions. When issues are brought up instead of fixing the issue, hours get cut and you get taken off the schedule. This happened to multiple employees. The service takes forever. They park cars and don't make the orders and have had people that have waited an hour+ for their order if it doesn't get forgotten. Managers and employees like to bump the orders off the screen without checking or making sure they're done, they just don't want to do them. The employees are extremely lazy and will get an attitude when asked to do their job instead of being on their phones for hours at a time scrolling or chatting with friends. They constantly show up to work late. Employees steal money and still work for Watson or at this location. Food takes forever being made. They wait to take out curbside or parked cars until multiples are done so some orders will be done sitting for 20 minutes or much longer getting cold because they're too lazy to walk it out. A lot of the orders get messed up and have to be remade because they can't follow instructions on a screen. This isn't even close to all the crap that...
Read moreHonestly went somewhere else. The person who was taking the order at the time was rude. I pull up to the speaker. Had a couple minutes to look at the menu. Heard someone not sure if was my speaker for it sounded normal half deaf ear. Thinking it was my speaker. I started speaking. Not getting a confirmation that they heard. Realized it wasn't my speaker. Feeling stupid on my part of course. Embarrassed that I may have interrupted them with the other customers. Go back to waited patiently. Not long they asked what I'd like. Not sure what happened, but I could barely even hear the guy over the speaker. I ordered what i wanted as I received a text from my spouse telling me what he wanted. Opening the text the guy over the speaker asked if there was anything else. I said "umm hang on trying to see what my-" cutting me off, and with some unneeded attitude "ma'am I need you to quickly decide. There's a lot of customers need taking care of. You know what I'll be back you decide what you want." I had no cars behind me and maybe 4 cars in front of me and 2 already paid. They were all at a stand still. It was a very short time for time for me to even speak. He comes back after taking care of the customers and rudely asked if I was ready yet. I did not appreciate how I was treated or spoken to. I get McDonald's is always busy, but I have never been rushed before. I was not even there long nor waiting long. If I didn't receive a text from my spouse. Would've just gotten a random thing, but he happened to text as I ordered my items. If the guy over the speaker just listened and then nicely said "while you read that I'm going to take care of this other customer real quick." Or somewhere along those lines. I would've understood. Felt more grateful for giving time to read and order rest of the items. I decided to just cancel the order and drive on through. Just because it's busy doesn't give an excuse to be rude. Especially since I had a hard time hearing the person than I normally do since the speakers are usually loud. So normally not an issue to order but this time it took a bit for the sound waves to process to what he said. Not going to give business to a place who treats customers poorly...
Read moreI NEVER write reviews but I am pretty livid right now with this McDonald’s so now I am sharing my experience. I went through the drive through and ordered my food. I ordered a quarter pounder with no onions in a meal, a kids meal with a cheeseburger and yogurt, no fries and then a classic chicken sandwich. When ordering the classic chicken sandwich, the worker confirmed every single chicken sandwich they had except the classic chicken sandwich which is on their dollar menu. Finally she seemed to get it right so we pulled up and paid. When we got our receipt it showed a hot and spicy chicken sandwich. The manager was at the second window when we pulled up and explained that the chicken sandwich was wrong and she said that she would fix it and confirmed that it was a plain chicken sandwich and started to walk away and I said not a classic chicken sandwich. So they asked us to pull into the wait area and we got our food. It was in a timely manner. We were going to look at the order before we left because we wanted to make sure they got the chicken order correct which they didn’t. It was a plain chicken sandwich and not the classic. Then I noticed on my quarter pounder box they marked no pickle. So sure enough there was no pickle but onions. I ordered it without onions. So we looked at the happy meal and no yogurt but we had fries. They screwed up on every single order of ours and the only thing messed up on the receipt was the chicken sandwich. How does that happen? So it gets better, I go in to let them know the issue and the manager that helped me with chicken sandwich comes up to help with my issue and starts arguing with me about not telling her about getting a classic but a plain. I explained to her our whole order is wrong and that she shouldn’t be arguing with me but fixing their mess up. I explained the whole issue with not even getting the order right in the first place when we initially ordered because they have a new employee in training. I advised that is the initial issue with our order but then they screwed up with the rest of the order. Not to mention I watched the person in the car next to me go back in because her order was messed up. I will not be going back to that...
