Subway — Restaurant in Layton

The sandwiches here are incredible and the cookies are sooooooo good, I love the people there, and even the employees, which normally would slack off before their break, where super friendly to my mother, who doesn't speak English very well, awesome service, awesome sandwiches, and definitely recommend going there, only complaint, I think is that we didn't get notified about extra price for some items, but I think that's ok, because we haven’t gone there before when we went for the first time, other than that, 4.5 stars

I love the logo design and the creativity, but what's the arrows in the S and the Y for? I have been coming to this Subway for a long time and for a while it was my go-to location. It is very close to when I live and the service and meal I receive was at one time excellent. I’ve noticed recently though that the employee turn around has been significant, every time I come in there is someone new making my sandwich who doesn’t seem very trained and attentive. My sandwich’s over time have increasingly been more sloppy and often the ingredients are not fully stocked and instead of replenishing the employee’s just use what is left in the container which is not much and often filled with other ingredients I don’t want on my sandwich. I always appear thankful for the employees service and tip every time even if my experience is disappointing. I will now start taking my business to a different location but I hope this store specifically starts providing better...

I haven’t been to a subway in months but had a craving for a sandwich, the guy that made it was nice but he haphazardly threw together my sandwich; clumps of veggies in one location with no attempt to spread them evenly, same with the condiments/sauce, my spinach was hanging out the side of the sandwich and he didn’t even cut it in equal halves. The toilet in the restroom was also nasty but that may be the fault of the gas station (speedway) because the subway is located inside. Safe to say I probably won’t be going to a subway for a while, maybe not speedway ether (Mavericks restrooms are usually cleaner).
