My family and I came in Sunday 2/16/25. We were in a time crunch and Mr. Sombreros 2 doors down seemed to be closed with their doors locked so subway was the alternative. First off the employee with the extremely loud/annoying voice who got in the passenger seat of a musty smelling red Mercedes car parked next to us when we were leaving didn’t close his mouth once the entire time we were in there. He continuously talked over our sandwiches and the food (disgusting and unsanitary) to the male employee attempting to make our order (4 sandwiches) but didn’t help him once. It took nearly 30 mins for one employee to make our 4 sandwiches that weren’t complicated and had little to no toppings except for one. My husband has Invisalign and our sandwiches were cold and hard by the time we sat down to eat them so he had to pick apart his sandwich just to eat it. On my kids sandwiches he put way too much sauce and put it in the wrong spot right at the fold of the flatbread, which in turn caused all the sauce to ooze out while my 2 & 4 year olds were eating it. The overall experience was trash. The food was trash the vegetables were all running extremely low and looked very gross, slimy & brown. The employee who cut our sandwiches used the same knife on each sandwich and cut through/into the paper on each one. The loud mouth employee who didn’t stop loudly speaking the entire time we were there talked about issues with the cold cut combo meat, talked about another employee who was coming in for his shift, berated the other two male employees, was extremely rude to a kid waiting to be helped for quite some time, talked trash about customers specifically old customers, and used profanity while my family including my three children under 10 were dining. It made for a very unpleasant meal. The floors all around the drink station were sticky, where you put your drinks to fill them with soda looked sticky and disgusting and like it had been cleaned in a few days, Coke was out of syrup. Read moreI was VERY disappointed by the service i just recieved by the 2 young ladies who were working. Me and my fiance come ine an hout before closing wait about 5 minutes standing in front of these 2 girls before they even start helping us cause they are making their personal food, they didnt say 'ill be with you in one moment' they just ignored us. Then finally looked up and started taking our orders took my fiances first cause he had the easier order he gets his toasted and she ask me and i say no please dont toast it, we turn around to grab chips and she put my sandwich in tbe toaster oven. I tell her i didnt want it toasted and she gets an attitude saying i should have said something. I said i did you asked and i said no! She rolls her eyes and ask if i want it remade i said no its ok im sure its fine and im starving. She starts ringing us up and we tell her we are eating it there, she stops rolls her eyes and said well we close soon. I said ya in 30 minutes we have time to eat. She says ok and as my fiance is filling our drinks she is taking all the nozzles off for the sodas before he can fill up my drink. He tells her i wanted the dr. Pepper and she says nothing puts it back on and just walks away... I will never go back to this subway! We were very nice considering how rudely we were being treated. They are lucky i dont call a manager in the morning to notify them of thw horrible customer service...
Read moreI would give negative stars if I could. I ordered a Rotisserie chicken sandwich and a turkey sandwich. Neither one of these sandwiches had hardly any meat on them at all. The chicken one literally had two tiny pieces on it which made my hungry husband mad. This completely ruined the day. Apparently it is a Subway policy to fill the sandwiches with no proteins and charge you for them only to gain as much profit as possible. It seems Subway as a corporation is more concerned with greed than guest satisfaction. These are the reasons I will not be giving any more money to this corporation. I got an apology, but that doesn't change anything at all. Subway just lost a long term customer. Sorry not sorry for calling you out Andreina. Your apology does nothing!!! There is a reason you only have 3.5 stars and that's too high...
