I took my daughter into this Verizon store to upgrade her Apple Watch for Christmas. An employee named Joe said he already had my number in his system from doing business with me at a prior visit and told me we could communicate that way. He also said to let him know when I was certain I wanted to order the pink Apple Watch for her. I went home and spoke to my husband and shot Joe a text message letting him know he could go ahead and place the order for the pink watch because we would be in after Christmas to pick it up and my husband was going to get a new phone as well. He responded that he had some personal issues and thatās why he didnāt respond to me immediately but he would get it taken care of. So I thought we were good. Today they went into pay for her pink Apple Watch, and learned that Joe had never placed the order. What irritates me is that? He proceeds to tell them that he never confirmed this with me and I have text message verification that he did, in fact receive my request to order. I am very frustrated because this was supposed to be a Christmas gift in which I believe she shouldnāt have to settle for a black one thatās in stock at the store because Joe did not order her pink one. I will no longer allow joe to take care of me in my family for our cellular needs, because I feel he is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to the store yesterday with a phone problem. Walked in and met a sales person named Adel , zero help. He ask what the problem was with the phone , I told him that can't make or receive calls. Also told him I purchased the phone in February . He said that is a lower end phone which I knew , plus it was paid in full. He said we could get you a new phone , I said that is a new phone ( 2 months old). So if you go there don't ask for Adel , because he is there for himself not the customer. He told me he could not help me and told me to call customer service on Monday when they open. Which they are open 24/7 . I have been going to this store for 4 years and they have been very helpful , even being a few dollars more . But this was the worst visit , I have ever had. I think they need to have people with customer skills working . Instead of just trying to make money off of people . I have been a Verizon Customer for 28 years with the same number and you have someone that doesn't care about the customer , just himself. I called customer service that same day and spoke to 3 nice people that were a great help and they are sending me a new phone . So if you are looking for a phone , you may want to avoid this store and the salesman Adel. He's not there for the you ,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe location on League City Parkway is run by Cellular Service, a contractor of Verizon, not Verizon. I traded in three phones this past October and I have been trying since then to get credited properly for the phones I traded in. Nothing has changed. When I tried to escalate this to their district manager (Cellular Service, not actual Verizon employees) all he did was give me an 800 number and say he escalated it and that's all he can do. My bill is supposed to be $229 a month for three lines with insurance, all taxes and fees. I've paid $371, and this past month I paid $307. They are in no hurry to fix this while they continue to overcharge me. It'll take more time and effort, but I will get it fixed and then move to another carrier. You shouldn't have to work this hard just to get the credit they promised you for trading in your phones. Verizon is not how they used to be, and don't expect this location to honor the deal they offer you or lift a finger to fix it later. If I were to go to Verizon now, I would go to the location on Gulf Freeway in League City that is an actual Verizon dealer, not a location run by...
