Taco Bell — Restaurant in League City

WORST TACO BELL IVE EVER BEEN TOO. The employee at the register bucked up to my boyfriend because he asked for his correct food order. The cashier then told my boyfriend “to watch his tone” which obviously upset my man . The general manager went up behind the rude cashier and didn’t make the situation any better and was being just as rude. Once my boyfriend finally got his correct food order and he came home to eat, he told me what happened and i called the manager about the rude employee and asked for a refund. She refused to give me one until I explained how unprofessional both her and her employer treated my boyfriend who is a paying customer. She said the only way she can give me a refund is if I drive up there with the food and return it. I told her no because that’s ridiculous . She eventually said I could bring my receipt in exchange for the refund so not sure why she told me to bring the food back to her in the first place.Once I got off the phone with the lady. I opened my tacos to WATER dripping out of the wrapper of all 3 of my tacos and they were extremely soggy and not edible. This place is a waste of space and the employees are terrible. We will make sure to never let this establishment have our money again . 0 STARS. Please get a better manager...

TB Management, My wife picked up our dinner at your League City, Texas location at 2660 E. League City pkwy (034701) on 12/03 at roughly 18:00 hours. The order consisted of two of your combo #1 (3 crunchy taco supremes) and one additional beef burrito supreme. This meal had to be pre-cooked for some time, something one should know is impossible with crunchy tacos. No sour cream and tomatoes and the entire bottoms of all 6 tacos were grease sogged and had to be eaten with a fork. When I opened the burrito to add sauce, the consistency was soupy with little to no beef and no refried beans, just soup. We will be fortunate if both of us don’t get very ill from this visit. If senior management is requiring this type of preparation with terrible contents then shame on TB. This location needs to be investigated by region management impromptu to see what the hell is going on. As for the service, it is a joke too how ignorant and non chalant your hired help are at this location. Professional? Please, you have to care to be a professional. I didn't like the fact I went into a fast food restaurant because I was going to be late to work if I went else, but was asked to place my order at a terminal. Now, what I had ordered in the past was either missing or hidden somewhere in that terminal that I was forced to order more than what I would have ordered. The staff told me that they didn't have a cashier, whereas, I saw woman in their uniform blocking customers from parking in front of the restaurant, while she chat away with a guy in a car. In addition, I ordered chicken quesadilla, but I could swear they served me quesadilla without the chicken, or they conserved most of the chicken that I should have received for another customer, because I indeed saw a few strands of chicken in it, but not enough to tag my meal with the word chicken. It all happened at the Taco Bell on League City parkway and South Shore Harbor. In all, I'm closing the chapter on ever buying meals from a Taco Bell. It's...
