I was just there with my family. Me, my mom, my dad, and my 14 year old brother. We went in and my dad recognized one of the workers, apparently she and my dad have beef. We went outside to eat our ice cream as a family. Well she called her mother to the store, she stomped herself out and went into the store, waving and smiling in a very condescending way. She remained staring us down on our family trip, with my FOURTEEN YEAR OLD BROTHER he's is just a kid! I am so angry it was AFTER we went outside that the employee called her mother to play the intimidation game. Even as we drove away she came to the window still smiling and waving in the rudest manner I have ever seen. It was so uncomfortable to be at a restaurant and have the feeling of being watched and judged. I know I will not be coming back and I already have a few friends who agree that they don't want to be in a place where that is ok either. I am 90% sure she...

I don't think I have ever been happier with a grozen treat shop. The staff, typical younger adults, are always courteous and more than willing to help. The shop is always clean, the menu is easy to read and understand, and checkout is simple.

Today, my daughter and I went in to support not just our sweet tooths, but a school fundraiser. I was bent on going sugar free and the young lady behind the counter was very gracious in helping me out and even took out a folder that included the types of added sugar to the sugar-free tangerine. I've never had anyone so willing to go above and beyond like that on something as simple as Italian ice. I decided I didn't care for the flavor and opted for a sugared flavor. She made sure that I knew it contained sugar.

A tasty new desert place to go to in Leander! Tons of flavor options and you can choose if you just want Italian ice, soft serve ice cream, or their famous gelati which is a combo of both. I had their Cake Batter Gelati and it was delicious. They do not skimp on the portions either-ordered a small and I got a ton of ice cream. They offer you a free sample of anything before you try it so it’s easy to find something you like. Staff was friendly, order was ready quickly, and they even have a drive-thru if you need it to go! Only reason for the 4 stars was because the tables and chairs were pretty dirty and could have used a wipe down, but other than that very pleasant experience! Loom forward to trying more...
