Stubblefield’s — Restaurant in Leander

Was in the mood for BBQ and had remembered seeing Stubblefield’s when previously visiting in the Wildfire Park. Thought they would be a good place to check out since I've yet to be disappointed in the food trucks in the area.

Was so glad I did!

Had a hard time picking off the menu because everything sounded like a good option, but I went with the Double Stack sandwich, a side of Smothered Green Beans, Peach Lemonade, and a suggestion from the owner, the Brisket Mac.

Everh last bit of it was great. The Brisket Mac had a surprising amount of brisket in it, to my satisfying surprise. The Smothered Green Beans were super flavorful and the potatoes just melted in your mouth. The Double Stack was PACKED with brisket and sausage between a super soft, golden bun. I appreciate them putting the sauce and pickles in a side container to prevent the sandwich from getting soggy. All washed down with an incredibly refreshing Peach Lemonade (that I think is homemade?).

All in all, I made a fantastic choice coming out to check out Stubblefield’s. The owner's kindness, the great food, and the ever good atmosphere of the Wildfire Park seating area, started off my weekend with some much needed good...

I had heard about this food truck so I decided to go by and check them out. The owner Rocky and his wife took great care of me. They were very nice and the food was amazing!! I ordered a sliced brisket sandwich for my wife and a 3 meat plate for myself. The brisket was super tender and tasty as was my ribs, potatoe salad, southern greenbeans and the ribs were falling off the bone delicious. My boyfriend and I came here the other day and got the three meat plate with brisket, ribs and sausage, along with mac n cheese, potato salad and their blueberry, raspberry lemonade. Everything was amazing! Their meat cooked perfectly, melt in your mouth perfect! And where most places usually lack on is the sides but here the Mac n cheese and their potato salad was phenomenal and seasoned to perfection! Lastly their homemade lemonade, 0 words, just delicious!
