Hello Bruù Cafè!

I really loved your Idea 💡 and Theme behind the Cafe, You have got a very nice interior and designs and the good thing is it’s very calm in nature too.

This place is surely a worth to visit one time for sure and enjoy it fully,

When it comes to Tea’s 🫖 they are not that great like “Yeah Let come here Next Time” but definitely worth enjoying it once.

The impressive thing here is they have a swinger too it’s a tourist place kind off and best for Photo shoots

In the entire Kansas Overland Park area, This street is a superb one to chill with batch or alone.

It’s one of my favorite road to enjoy here :)

— There is a more room to improve the taste of Teas and the bubbles.

I came in for a few minutes just to wash my hands but the employee, her name was Ananya( she worked closing shift on Wednesday evening),said that I would have to buy something. I come here pretty often so I didn’t think that would happen bcs I usually have nice customer service. She looked annoyed the whole time and told me that I have to go somewhere else. I asked what the closest store would be that might be open rn. She said that Leawood has a public bathroom area somewhere left. I literally walked left and still didn’t find anywhere open. Honestly she should’ve just said it politely. I also work in customer care and I think customer service means saying things politely with a smile but she looked annoyed the whole time. Funny thing is she looked just as annoyed even when there were customers...

There are two Bruú Cafés in the Kansas City Metro Area. One is located at the Country Club Plaza and offers excellent service, has seating available, and doesn’t charge for Rainbow boba pearls. However, the location in Park Place will charge you for Rainbow boba pearls in a drink that is advertised containing Rainbow boba pearls. Essentially, the price gauging of this location is ridiculous. How can two franchises, although owned by different people, have completely different pricing structures? I called this location and wanted to speak with management about this price gauging or false marketing tactic and no one answered. Left a voicemail and never heard back. I will NEVER purchase from this location again. The best KC has to offer is, in fact, in KC...
