Donut Palace — Restaurant in Lebanon

Not happy at all!! My s.o went to pick up my order, they gave the wrong order,and had the nerve to blame my s.o because isntead of just taking the name i provided for the order and giveing that one. They give all glazed.. no biggie it happens. But going out your way to not do your job and calling me about it is very unprofessional. All u had to do was give the order in which the name was provided for. And the attitude is ridicoluse. And not to mention when i first called to order on wed. I know i told them friday pick up in the morming. And appearntly all they heard was morning time. Cause accordinv the rudr lady i spoke with i never said friday. Ehich makes no sense since i needed them for friday. But no accountability at all even got pissy with me over them not hearinh correctly. Anyways ill stick to dunkins or other places donuts where not even that good. And hope who ever i spoke with has the day...

I like their apple fritters and am a big fan of small businesses that are local i.e. not chain restaurants. They make all their donuts in house, which is rare nowadays. However 2/3 times I have been there they haven't had hot coffee. They offer to brew it, but I mean it's a donut shop. You need to have coffee ready to go whenever you are open. No one has time to wait in a drive thru for coffee to be made. Doesn't have to be nice stuff, just liquid caffeine on tap. I wanted to give them more like 3.5 stars over this. I wasn't willing to go to 3 stars because they do make a mean donut.

My 3 grown kids, my 3 grandbabies and my husband and I ALL love this place with DAILY Fresh donuts fritters of so MANY types!! Along with biscuits and other hot foods!! The owner used to live by my father-in-law, and would always carry him home a couple of fritters while he was going thru chemo... The owner bought boxes of donuts and things when my father-in-law passed away, and cried with us the day Brownie left this world.... My husband and I have always been touched by the kindness he and his wife showed our family during a very difficult time in our lives... Just a wonderful place and...
