Awesome customer service by the managers, they really know how to get the job done in the print/copy center. It is a little expensive, but enlargements like the ones I needed cannot be done at home or work, and OfficeMax was there when I needed the service. The managers were mostly awesome, seeming to really be energetic and engaged in meeting my needs. An employee, less energetic and not a manager, seemed not too keen on helping me find something specific, instead just pointing me in the general direction of an item and making me search two or three isles before I was able to find it. Extremely rude Manager! Went in to purchase desk for my work at home job. We were approached by the most irritated, Extremely rude sales representative. I simply walked off so I would not fly into her as I should have. Proceeded to look at something different then was approached by a second sales rep who I asked if there was a manager i could speak to in oder to report her actions. Imagine my surprise when she told me this irritated rude employee was the Manager! Well that explains why she was so rude, she evidently thinks she is untouchable and can speak and act that way. Outstanding customer service! When I had an emergency project involving a huge amount of work to be printed an hour before closing time, and to complete for a pro bono client who was the victim of a horrible injustice, Madi and Teresa jumped in to help me ensure that my task was completed.
