This will be my last time EVER going to this location.. Being a Louisiana native, I have patronize mini Popeyes. This location lacks any type of customer service. For the third time in a month I pulled up in the drive-through with one car at the speaker and after waiting 10 solid minutes still was unable to advance and place my order. No fast food restaurant needs to keep a car at the order speaker for 10 minutes. I was so frustrated I went inside. There I observed piles and piles of chicken ready to be served, no wonder it’s just sitting there. There’s one person that can barely take an order working the drive-through window another putting together sandwiches and some guy in the back who knows what he’s doing. No management no cashiers and many customers just leaving because they are frustrated. After standing at the counter seven minutes and no one even acknowledging the man in front of me nor myself, I left frustrated. My daughter was crying when I got back in the car because she wanted Popeyes so I reluctantly drove to The speaker once more. I waited four minutes for the car that was there placing an order to pull around. The cashier kept telling me to hold on, wait, look at the menu, well I know what I want already. Lord knows I’ve had plenty of time to figure that out. After I told her my order she took about three minutes to actually grasp it. Then when I ordered a second chicken sandwich. She literally said nothing for three minutes after which I said is there a problem??? I will not let this go. I will go to corporate and get some action taking on this location. This is the only Popeyes I have ever had this issue with. And every single time we have gone to this location it is nothing but problems. Either they fry your chicken in the wrong batter or it’s old and stale or they don’t even bother filling up the cop and now they are taking ludicrous amounts of time to take a simple order. It is apparently miss managed and whoever is managing it isn’t hiring enough people to do their job. I have had nothing but problems in the few times that we have gone to this location. You can fry all the chicken you want but if you don’t greet your customers and take their order, you are losing money. Not only of your costing yourself money but you’re robbing your employees of money and you are robbing the company of money because you are wasting your product. Customer service should be your first skill. You have a good product and you are destroying Popeyes business by miss management . And it’s not right because Popeyes sells good food and they should be flourishing But instead customers are waiting on reasonable amount of time for fast food. 30 minutes to get two chicken sandwiches at a fast food restaurant when you have one customer in front of you is ridiculous. Absolute poverty when it comes to customer service. It could have been so good. I will drive 20 miles to the next location before ever going through this type of frustration again. But I promise you will not hear the end of this until someone over your head gets involved. I’m done

We stopped here after church since we are New Orleans natives and love Popeyes in general. The person that checked us out was on his third day and was sweet. However we had multiple problems both with our checkout and our food. My husband ordered the three piece tender combo and after checking out we realized we paid $13.29 just for this. Absolutely outrageous for the price. We could have got a box deal for $6 and bought the drink on the side for much cheaper. It would have been the exact same thing but for $6. So we literally paid almost $8 more just for a lemonade. When we asked a manager about it afterwards they just shrugged and said you wouldn't have gotten a drink. Definitely felt ripped off We got home anxious to enjoy our food. Instead of a two-piece White I had a breast and a thigh, not sure why since I wanted white meat. My red beans and rice side tasted old and flavorless, my macaroni and cheese literally looked like somebody took three teaspoons and portioned out the mac and cheese. The container was barely even half full. I've provided a picture of this. The picture is exactly what I received, I didn't even touch it. Craziest thing I've ever seen. And my husband's tenders were hard and rubbery. We ended up feeding them to the dog. Very poor quality I've consistently had problems with this location. Things like ordering nuggets and getting them with breading on them instead of their normal crust. We don't go here very often but nine times out of 10 if we do, we have a problem. None of the employees ever seem to smile, not sure why.... Sad to say we probably won't be back to this location.

Waited 25 minutes inside after ordering to receive my food. Seems very unorganized. We were here a week ago after and store was filthy. Same today and it has not been open a month but the floors look like they have never been mopped or cleaned in any way since opening. Every table was so filthy we walked out and ate in our car. Chicken just laying on counter outside of bins and behind the counter floors were disgusting. They need major changes already in cleanliness. I should have taken more pictures to show everything. Food was good once were got it to eat and order was correct.

We visited the Popeyes at 507 S. Cumberland St. Lebanon, TN 37087 on 3/23/24, Saturday evening and received extremely poor service. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick and prepaid for my order. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I proceeded to the drive thru speaker box. The young lady that addressed me was extremely rude from the start. "Um, we only have nuggets available right now," were the first words out of her mouth. I explained that I had placed a mobile order for pickup. "Um, so I'm already packing an order right now and we don't have anything else ready," with a rude attitude. I asked then if we are to just pull up and wait or what was next? "Well I'm packing something, so whatever." I proceeded to the window and waited 5mins for this young lady to even come to the window. Once engaged in conversation, I asked if there was a manager available. "I'm the manager," were the surprising words I heard. So I asked about a refund and if there was a number to the corporate office, to discuss this event. "We don't give refunds in the store, but I can call my GM," which she did from her cell phone. "Um, here you go, talk to my GM, Anna." I explained the situation and requested a refund, as the service was less than acceptable and I was questioning the integrity and quality of my food, at this point. Anna, the GM, guaranteed that no one would do anything to the food, if we wanted to wait 15mins and everything would be fresh. I waited an hour in the car for a mobile order, that NEVER came, before leaving and requesting a refund on the mobile app. I have never had such poor service in all my life. If this is the type of management that we can expect from Popeyes, this will be my last visit and I will be sure to urge all 9000 of my colleagues and all friends and family to avoid Popeyes as well, especially this Lebanon TN location. Someone should definitely address this issue, as this should not be the normal service for paying customers. Absolutely Ridiculous. And this 18 year old girl, who is extremely rude, should not be aloud to work in customer service, let alone...
