Broadway Bagels and Coffeehouse is a small, classic spot right in downtown Lebanon, and it’s the perfect place to grab a quality bagel and some really good coffee. It’s a cozy little shop with a great local feel.
They offer a wide variety of bagels and spreads, along with some pre-made special bagel sandwiches. I ordered the Lox Smoked Bagel—with salmon, cream cheese, red onion, and capers. Personally, I’d recommend skipping the capers (they add a sour taste) and adding sprouts instead—it made the whole thing feel fresher and healthier. Still, it was delicious.
For coffee, I had the Samoas flavor and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Super smooth and flavorful. They’ve got a lot of drink options too—coffee, specialty drinks, and other refreshing choices.
It’s a small space inside, so I’d suggest ordering to-go. One thing to note is that it gets busy fast, and there was only one person working, which made things a bit slow. They could definitely use an extra set of hands during the morning rush.
Overall though, it’s a great place. Fresh bagels, excellent drinks, and a nice little spot in town. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in...
Read moreCame here from Dayton on a first time visit. I walked to the place. The curb appeal is nice. The menu posted outside was nice. I got a mocha. No food. Dude taking my order had a French accent so women would like that. I took a trip to the unisex bathroom. The restroom was extremely clean and nice and spacious (and available, let’s not forget). The coffee cost me 4 bucks and a dollar tip. It is worth noting that they offer Natalie’s orange juice which is the best I’ve ever had. The mocha was filled to the rim. I’d have preferred room for stirring sugar but I understand. The drink was strong without being offensive. Made with the traditional flower in the foam. Soft music playing with a retro sound. “Sing a Glad Song” by Kevin Morby. It was nice. Anyway, if you find yourself in the area it’s worth the stop so feel free...
Read moreI REALLY wanted to love this place because of the location and proximity to my home & office. I came in on a Sunday morning and got my coffee drink made in only 5 minutes but had to wait well over 30 minutes for my bagel - major fail. The poor young lady working solo in the kitchen tried her damnest to keep up but the two young ladies up front making coffee were slammed themselves. Management needs to bring in extra help on Sunday mornings or roll up their sleeves and jump in. Several annoyed and frustrated customers today. Just watch their faces on your security camera footage to validate this. I will be back and give your establishment another try and hope things are more efficient...
