The golf course in my book will still get a good rating, this visit 4.5 stars. The clubhouse on the other hand would get a zero if that was an option. My uncle and I had just finished our rounds and went inside to sit and have a cold beer, unfortunately that didn't happen. Upon entering the clubhouse we received no greeting, not even a hello. Two gentleman were at the counter messing around with the young lady behind the counter. I get it, if you know someone you joke around with them. There were actually two people being the counter, neither of which ever acknowledged our even being there. After the young girl finished with the two guys buying a bag of chips or whatever, she then turned her back to us and leaned on the counter, again never acknowledging we were sitting at the bar. The bar area consist of two bar stools at the check in counter and maybe two tables just behind that. We were seated at the counter no more than 10 - 15 ft from either of the employees behind the counter. I haven't been able to get out and play golf the last couple of years because of having spine surgery, and the last time I visited Harmon I had absolutely no complaints, and even went as far to give it 5 Stars all around. He too was very friendly and made you feel welcome and that your patronage was appreciated. At this time I really don't feel that I'll go back to Harmon, I'm quite sure my money will be appreciated somewhere else, as will the tip id have given to whoever served us. I was in the bar/restaurant biz for over 40 years and know how to tip for good service. If I'd have had employees like the two working today, they'd most certainly have been unemployed tomorrow. I truly hope the owner (City of Lebanon) is happy with employees treating patrons like that, because everyone id told about Harman a couple years back, about it being a hidden gem and how well the course was run, now will be the complete...

Read moreVery nice clean park area. We go often but it desperately needs some type of fencing around the front especially. I can't tell you how many times I've seen kiddos run into the parking lot when cars are coming, to get their balls or go to their vehicles. Could also use a few more benches around the play areas. Spoke directly to the town mayor and he happily assured me that speed bumps and fencing could easily be added for the safety of children. Well that was in June, this is now September and not even an attempt at any of this, sadly. It's an accident waiting to happen, I tried, did my part now the city needs...
