I called in to see if they purchased sports cards and they said that they did. I was trying to get an idea of what they would pay for things over the phone but they told me it would be best if I brought my stuff in. I drove almost an hour and waited because they were busy and their store has almost no room to even stand or walk around. The older man who I presume is the owner and by his voice the man I spoke to on the phone wouldn't even take the time to look at my things with me and kept telling me to just "give him a price for everything" they do a poor job and in my experience were hurrying me to sell so they could make more profit off of me. I ended up asking them to look at a single card that should sell for way more than the cash I needed. The last sale was a PSA 9 on eBay for $250 and my card was a PSA 10. I was told my card was "about a 200 dollar card" clearly at this point I was wasting my time and just walked out. They are either scam artists or have literally no idea what they are doing both are malpractice and I would not recommend going here to sell anything. The customer service was awful, the prices were worse than anything I've seen and they wasted my time and money which I'm sure if was in reverse they would not appreciate. Save yourself from the same...
Read moreI went to the shop to look for storage solutions for my recently unearthed hockey card collection. They do have plenty of supplies for proper storage although not the plastic containers I was hoping for. The store is very small and tight as others have noted. Only two or three customers max could be in the space without it becoming too difficult to move around. There were three of us when I visited so we sort of rotated around the displays. The store clerk was very nice and answered my questions. I am giving three stars because I was hoping for an experience more similar to what I had in my youth, about 30 years ago, when I could go to the card shop as a kid with little money and buy singles or a pack or two of cards out of the numerous open boxes on display. This store is definitely geared toward purchasing whole boxes of cards ($$$) vs encouraging youngsters with just a few dollars to be able to collect cards a pack at a time. I had hoped to buy a few packs of baseball cards for my niece and nephews but I was not in the market to spend on an entire box. I did purchase some storage supplies but will look for another store to allow me to make simple purchases of a few...
Read moreWent to the store for the first time yesterday and it was 10 times better than what I expected. The man working was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I brought a lot of cards in to try and sell. The man looked at every single card I brought. He bought some and let me get store credit by my choice. I bought some cards and he even hooked me up with a few packs. Nobody does that these days. Also gave me like 10 bucks off a blaster box. They had a very good variety of not only cards but other memoriabilia and card supplies. I will be going back ASAP. The prices are the cheapest around and the boxes are immaculate unlike the boxes they just throw on the shelves at Walmart or Target and the store has that at home feel. I could very easily drop a couple grand in there in 15 minutes. Very easily. I give this store 2 thumbs way up. If u wanna be treated right and not get ripped off...
