I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this Chick-fil-A on 6/13/25 was so unexpectedly bad that I feel obligated to share it, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over two years.
After picking up my drive-thru order, I did what most people do and grabbed a fry. But as soon as I took a bite, I was hit with an overwhelmingly rancid smell. I genuinely thought something was wrong with me until I held the fries closer and confirmed the odor was coming from them. There’s no polite way to say it…they smelled like actual feces.
Disturbed (and understandably concerned), I called the location to report the issue. Instead of speaking with a store manager, I was redirected to their customer service line. After giving my information and order number, the representative offered me a coupon for a “free fry” on my next visit. When I explained that I couldn’t eat any of the meal after that experience and requested a refund, I was questioned as to why I’d expect one when “only the fries” were the problem.
I didn’t expect to have to argue my case or plead for a $13 refund from a multi-billion dollar company after receiving food that was, at best, inedible and, at worst, contaminated. The representative seemed dismissive and confused as to why I wouldn’t want to continue eating the rest of the meal. Only after I pressed the issue several times did he say he would send my refund request to the store.
So thank you, Chick-fil-A, for wasting my time, my money, my patience, and the only break I had that day. You’ve officially lost...
Read moreI love chick fil a however the Lebanon Tennessee location is the worst one I’ve been to. I’ve been a few times and never really had the best experience but it close to work so I would go back from time to time. The last time was the final straw for me. I went through the drive thru during breakfast and ordered the chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit meal. When I pulled around, the server repeated the order as chicken egg and cheese muffin. I kindly told them no I ordered the biscuit. To which they said just open the wrapper to see if it was a biscuit which it wasn’t. So then I said can I get the biscuit which he said ok. So he took the muffin back and I was prompted by another employee that I had to pull up and wait at the front end of the restaurant which I waited for about 15 additional minutes. By the time the server came back out my lunch break was about over and I had to rush back to clock in. So he just hand me the bag and says here you go. No sincerity no apologies nothing. Well as I’m on my way back at the stop light I reach in the bag to find that they literally just threw the same exact sand which back into a new bag. I was obviously pissed off but I had no time to turn around to complain which is why I’m instead having to write a bad review. Read moreSo I would normally give this place a 5 star rating... But today aggravated me to no end. I placed a mobile order on the app and sent it in as I was pulling into the parking lot. I went in and was expecting my food (a breakfast burrito, hash browns, a chicken biscuit, and 2 large sweet teas) to be either ready or close to ready. But no. I stood there about 20 minutes waiting on my food. One employee asked if i had been served, I told her that I had placed a mobile order and she went and looked and didn't say anything to me. Meanwhile, a gentleman walked up to the counter, ordered, and got his food before me even though they told him it would be a little longer than normal. I then told another employee that i had been waiting a while for my moblie order and she went and looked and fixed it and gave it to me within a couple of minutes. Which it should have been that easy in the first place. Also, i get they were busy but all of this could have been handled a little better. One last thing, once I got my food and drove about 10 minutes down the road, gave my husband his food, and took my drink out of the drink holder I realized it had a hole in the cup and it had leaked all over my seat.
