So I’ve been here a total of three times and so far not the best track record. The first time I was here I ordered a bucket of dark meet at wich point I was informed there would be about a thirty minuite wait. Having nothing but time we agreed to wait and sit in the car for roughly an hour I watch as the staff sits outside laughing smoking and joking around ive worked in customer service a long time I understand down time. I watched as the woman that helped us at the window get in her car and leave. I walk inside to ask how much longer we have on the wait, at this point I’m informed the food was never dropped to be cooked I received an apology a refund and a few free cakes. Second go no issue! This time I’m ordering the usual they ask if we would like crispy because they do not have original ready and can’t order we then ask for the wait time because we ordered it several times. At wich point someone comes over the speaker practically screaming at my wife saying we didn’t say you couldn’t order it but we ain’t got it ready so we you will have to wait 20 minutes and we were trying to avoid that. Listen I understand when you have a busy night things aren’t ready and you have a lot of customers but yelling at customers for asking questions is not the way to do business. Read moreNever has any chicken ready of any type at lunch or dinner. On average, its a 15 min + wait period. Today I was in line behind 3 cars, there was a car waiting at the window for an order to come out. The line wasn't moving, it was just after 6 pm. One car ahead got frustrated and pulled out of line, finally the car ahead moved to the pay window. I never saw her pay, instead, an employee brought out a piece of chicken in his fingers(no gloves) to give to the lady driving, to feed the dog. They chatted for nearly five minutes before giving her a sandwich which she ate while chatting to the employees before driving off. I pull up to pay, the employee has her back to me texting on her phone. After 5 minutes, she turns and asked what I ordered, never looked at the computer. She discovered the car ahead had driven off, when I told her what I ordered, they had no clue. I had ordered a four piece, no sides with one additional thigh, original price was $11 but with no sides and one extra piece it came to $15.02. They never checked it, just gave me only four pieces with two mash potatoes, I pulled off to check the oder, it was completely wrong, over charged, and for sure I was pissed spending 30 for the wrong order while they socialized on phones and with family! Read moreHorrible! We just returned from a week in Mexico and this KFC was worse than any of the places we went. It was dirty and appeared unkept, as the majority of table tops still have crumbs or food residue and had a not been cleaned. It was not that busy upon our arrival. My wife told me that the bathroom was disgusting as well. We stopped in for a quick meal on our way home from the Nashville Airport. However, their food selection was limited to what you could eat, as the chicken had been obviously left in the pans under the heat lamps too long because their original recipe was actually extra crispy, from being overcooked. Their green beans were way too salty and many of the items were low and had not been replenished or replaced in what appeared to be a long time. This was certainly not worth the $20 we were charged for two meals. We have not eaten at a KFC in years and despite the fact that we find the modern day KFC commercials insulting and very disrespectful to the original Colonel Sanders, who was a very honorable man, we thought we would try and grab a quick meal.
