I just had the pleasure of being assisted by an employee named Danna during my visit to Marshall's, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, Danna greeted me with a friendly smile and a positive attitude that instantly made me feel welcome.
Throughout my shopping experience, Danna was incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and provided thoughtful recommendations. Not only did she help me find the items I needed, but she also pointed out some great deals that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. Her knowledge of the store and its products was impressive!
What really stood out was Danna's genuine enthusiasm for her job and her willingness to go the extra mile for customers. She made sure I was satisfied with my selections and even offered to check the back for an item that was out of stock on the floor.

Read moreI used to love this place was my favorite place to shop until I had a return. Accidentally left the receipt in the car but had to come back and stand in line all over again. Not fair. I even told her I left the receipt in car. No sympathy, just go get the receipt and come back.
Follow up ....Literally took me 60 seconds to walk out to my car a retrieve the correct receipt. And after waiting in the line AGAIN. I told the same lady who sent me away that I was disappointed having to wait again. She said "....well you could have come back up to front." Why she didn't tell me in the beginning? Come on Marshall's, you can do better.

What I was looking for was something very simple and the girl was clueless and instead of telling me what aisle it might be in, she just raised her arm, motioned and said "over there". I repeated what I was looking for & asked "where is over there?" She, after 5 requests, finally showed me something that wasn't even remotely what I was looking for so the manager came over.
