Had gone into the store at 9:30pm on 03/04. Store was dirty and freezer was a mess. Nothing stocked. First thought was thst they got hit really hard that day. But upon going back at 10:20am to try and retrieve what I WANTED THE NIGHT BEFORE,IT WAS IN THE SAME CONDITION. I opened the cooler door to hear,what I later found to be the Manager, yelling profanity and asking the other person in the cooler"who in the f** was smoking crack in here. As if that was not bad enough, the lady(MGR) was up at the register when I checked out yelling out a code number to the other cashier on the other side of the store and asking him if it was his code so she could get into a register. Bought white t-shirt as a gift and the cashier(I believe her name is Michelle or Melissa) I had it on a hanger put on boxes so as to not get it dirty so I'm not gifting a dirty white shirt and she took it off hanger and threw it directly on dirty conveyor! When I mentioned that I had it off belt for a reason she did nothing but mean mug me and wad said shirt into bag!! Now I'm having to gift a dirty,wrinkly shirt! Every time I ever deal with this employee I get nothing but attitude and dirty looks! I love this store but I'm really tired of dealing with this...

I've been gong to this location for around 5 years now and it takes forever to check out always . it doesn't matter if it's 20 people or 1 person you will wait . one register must work because ive never seen more than 2 employees at one time . if you are in a hurry dont come to this location . i would go to the one in hermitage its much more efficient for getting in and out even with a much higher volume...
