I had first heard about this restaurant today after searching for places to dine in Lebanon. The reviews were nearly unanimously five stars and the menu looked appealing so we decided to check it out. We were celebrating a special occasion.
Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and seated. Our waitress was very nice, kind and attentive. She took our drink orders and shortly came back with drinks. Then, the bread with olive oilā¦.OH MY GOODNESS!!! Weāve never had bread anywhere like it in our entire lives.,,it was that good! And dipping it in the olive oil made it even better.
We ordered fried calamari as an appetizer, along with bowls of lobster bisque for the three of us. The calamari was crispy and had the right texture, which we dipped in marinara sauce. Wonderful! As for the lobster bisque, it had real lobster and was just the right texture. Spot on for that also!
I should add that the service at this restaurant is fast, incredibly fast, in fact so fast that our main entrees were brought out before we finished our appetizers. They really are doing a great job!
For the main course , my father and I got Veal Marsala while my stepmother got a combination pasta dinner. All were absolutely amazing, delicious, wonderful and a great highlight to the meal. As veal is pretty much impossible to find in most of America these days and I hadnāt had it in years, it was a nice treat, cooked properly, tender and flavorful. My stepmother really enjoyed her pasta dish and we were all pretty much full by the time the meal neared the conclusion.
The manager came by and talked to us a couple of times. We told him where we were from (Buffalo, MOā-about 30 miles to the west of Lebanon) and how much we enjoyed the meal, the service and his restaurant. He was delighted and said he hoped weād come back. We also ordered a couple slices of tiramisu to take homeā-and I just finished my sliceā-excellent!
This place has very friendly staff who do everything possible to make your visit more enjoyable. And the pricesā-they average about 30-40% less than chains like Olive Garden and you get a bit more food than them also. Itās a win-win situation!
We absolutely recommend this restaurant and will tell all of our family and friends in the area to go visit. If youāre looking for great Italian food at affordable pricing with attentive service, this is the place to go. And to the management: keep up the great job youāre doing; if you do , youāll be blessed and prosperous for a long time to come. Thanks for the...

Hidden Gem Alert! I never expected to find such authentic Italian cuisine in Lebanon, Missouri, but this restaurant truly delivers a taste of Italy to the Ozarks. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of fresh herbs and home-cooked meals that transport you straight to a traditional Italian kitchen.
The menu showcases classic Italian dishes prepared with remarkable authenticity. Each pasta dish is cooked to perfect al dente, and the sauces taste like they've been simmering for hours - because they have! The marinara has that perfect balance of sweetness and acidity that you only get from properly ripened tomatoes, while their alfredo sauce is creamy and rich without being overwhelming. My daughters favorite!
What really sets this place apart is their attention to detail. The bread is baked fresh daily, served warm with high-quality olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar. Don't get me wrong it's not a small trattoria you would find in Florence but it's worth trying.
Service is attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between casual and special occasion dining. The reasonable prices make this an exceptional value, especially given the quality and portion sizes. I've tried a variety of dishes and haven't quite found my favorite yet... and I've not tried the pizza. Yet!
Whether you're a local or just passing through Lebanon, this restaurant is absolutely worth a visit. It's clear that the owners and staff take immense pride in offering an authentic Italian dining experience, and they succeed magnificently. This is more than just a meal - it's a delicious reminder that great food can be found anywhere when passionate people are in the kitchen.
Pro tip: Save room for dessert - their tiramisu is absolutely worth...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAnother subpar Lebanon eatery. If you've ever eaten at a good Italian place you'll be let down. I get it that it's Italian but no steak? I settled for the salmon, which was on point, however it and about 80% of the meals came with spaghetti. Spaghetti! The salmon should have been served on angel hair for one thing. The capers were good, they didn't trim the tough ends off the asparagus and the sauce was soup. It was as thin as water. I asked the waitress if the veal was breaded, her answer was that "its really tough" so she talked me out of that. My buddy got the veal, not only was it not breaded (which I wanted not breaded) but it was very tender. The noodles were so slippery you could hardly get them to stay on the fork, I assume they washed all the starch off. Big no no. The flavors were good but it was a far cry from authentic. Now the biggest problem. The waitresses don't know how to split checks. It took us longer to wait to pay than it did to order wait and eat! The line to pay was backed up into the dining room because everybody was trying to figure out what they owed since every order was on the same ticket and not even paired up with the same guests. We came as three couples and even though she could tell how were paired up she mixed them up so it wasn't easy to pay. By looking at the line to pay this was happening to everybody. We've got no reason to go back just for...
