There are a few goods and a few bads here. The goods: The pretzel bites and especially the cheese dip are amazing. The service was super fast and it was really easy to order. The bads: It's too expensive for most menu items which is why I got the pretzel bites. $14 for the types of sandwiches being served with is waaay too expensive especially since sides are separate . Sides should not be an additional $5 and should be included in the $12-14 sandwiches. The signage and presentation of the shop front and food are not good. It's bare, boring, and the menu is a piece of paper taped to the counter. The food comes in lackluster plastic or paper dishes and doesn't look put together.

Ordered a $20 platter of pub food, the fried pickles were dark brown and greasy , the cheese curds were over fried to the point the cheese had leaked out. The tortilla chips were stale and hard, the artichoke dip super salty. The only edible food were the soft pretzels and boneless chicken bites. We have eaten here three times before- So we knew to expect greasy pub food. But this was hugely disappointing. Also, disappointing was the reaction of the staff when I pointed out the poor condition of the food. Apparently, they must be used to negative comments.

The menu's for the specialty event were still out on tables the day after, it was disappointing to order and be told that wasn't offered anymore. I have enjoyed the ghost chicken in the past, however what I was served ended up having a cold RAW spot, which I didn't notice until I bit into that part of it. 🤢 Generally I feel like they're charging way too much for pretentious food that doesn't meet their own standards (how is that a side salad?) and doesn't really match the vibe of an affordable brewery. 🤷‍♀️

Ladder 41 is the kitchen portion of Lebanon Brewing.

Overall rating is for our experience for this visit.

Food- Once we finally got our food it was good. If you are in a hurry or would like food within 1 - 1.5 hours of ordering maybe check the tables when you get there. More than a few w numbers, go somewhere else. This place is not prepared for volume. Asked about some things and the guy answering questions was not interested in being prepared for customer service.

We ordered firecracker shrimp, ghost pepper fries, and onion rings. All good.

Service- Staff were friendly, guy perceived as kitchen manager was rude.

Atmosphere- It was a very hot day. If you're looking for ice cold AC this isn't the place. If you're always cold...

SERIOUSLY my number one WORST restaurant experience EVER!! The Sliders were horrible! I had to send them back because literally one out of 3 had one sliver of onion. Cheese was questionable cheese and the bun tasted of freezer burn! The pattie was hard as a rock! $14.00! Do not tip before your meal (you pay and are asked for tip before you get your food )...the guys cooking are all about having a good time with each other behind the counter...and you are their second thought, obviously! No apologies and then the second plate was still bad!! Take this review seriously...and if you are management seeing this, and please look after your quality control and your cooks in the back because I think you have a potentially good place...
