I WAS WONDERING WHY ALL OF MY PHONES FROM THERE WERE ALWAYS SO FAULTY! THEY SAY YOUR PHONE IS COVERED FOR A YEAR REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PAY FOR A WARRANTY. ANOTHER LIE! Customer service did NOT fix problem after 12 CALLS to them; got several different excuses. Drove cross-county to the store; they opened 5minutes late.
