Sadly very disappointed, Lebanon has some treasures but they also have poorly ran businesses like this one. Worst part is, is this restaurant is getting hype for no good reason, I haven’t been back so I’m not sure about everything on there menu, but most of the food is not good. I’m big on Mexican, consider myself a connoisseur, and what I had at “Mr.Pancho’s” was bogus. In the pictures you will see an order of Huevos Con Chorizo, and the other disgusting picture of FAT was Huevos Rancheros with pork. I had the Huevos Con Chorizo (if you don’t know I’m a huge Chorizo fan, and know what REAL flavorful Chorizo tastes like) the Chorizo was either fake, or not good Chprizo and cooked dry and sloppy. The eggs with the tortillas were sad. It tasted like eating a plate with some egg taste but barely any, egg was cold, tortilla was dry and tasteless, and to top it off the cheese stick was weird, and rice n beans were MID. To sum it up I would not pay for that dish ever again, and what’s sad is that the Huevos Rancheros were the same way except the pork was full of fat. This has became a very long review but restaurants like these shouldn’t be in business. If they put a little bit more money into real produce and good products, and put love/hard work into it, I’d be giving them 5 stars right now. But they don’t, and that’s the whole purpose of reviews. If you read this far, thanks for stickin around lol and good job wanting to...
Read moreFirst of all turn on the AC. It's hot and humid inside. I recommend eating on the patio if there are any tables available as even in 80 degree weather it's still nicer outside than in. Cramped small booths and tables to sit in. If you walk down one way be prepared to turn to the side when someone else is coming or move out of the way entirely but I won't hold that against them. Just saying there could be more room if there weren't so many tables. Also the patio area outside should be larger to accommodate people who prefer outdoor eating. Small bar as well , you'll be literally rubbing elbows with other patrons here. The buffet was great, I mainly eat their hot wings. However the price per person for the buffet isn't justified at about 15$ even and that doesn't include the drink. 60$ for four people and that wasn't a tip included. And on the service , (or lack of) they need better servers. We had a total of 4 servers and I think one was a manager. The first brought water , the second brought napkins after we asked, the third was the manager who asked if everything was ok. Seems they are concerned about everything being ok. And not that this matters to most people but the men's bathroom stinks like old urine cakes, clean it. All in all a good lunch but it could've been better. My advice unless you want all you can eat hot wings order...
Read moreI would like to first start my review with the service I received was great. However, I ordered the fish fillet dinner that comes with rice and broccoli. Broccoli was good, rice was bland, and the fish was terrible. It was fish that has been frozen too long that has a terrible texture. I asked to send the fish back and get something else. My server sent over management and I let the manager know the texture of the fish was not to my liking nor how it was prepared. The manager told me I could get something else but I would have to pay for another meal or they could cook the fish a little longer. I told her I was not buying another meal so cook the fish a little longer. Her reason for not letting me get something different was it would be wasting food. I received my dish back and the fish was still terrible. I left the meal on the table. So in the end, they served me freezer burn fish and did not want to waste food, but it was okay to waste my money. My family and I are big local business supporters, but I will never eat at Mr. Panchos again.
I have never in all my dining experience had a restaurant not allow you to get something different and not be charged...
