This subway routinely messes up on orders, and is unwilling to correct their mistakes or make it right with customers. I am not talking about âtoo much mayoâ type situations either; they leave off main ingredients, or ones I pay extra to have added - such as bacon, avocado, and double meat. The last time I ordered food here included the Southwest sandwich (Rotisserie-style chicken with smashed avocado). Not only was it missing the avocado (again!), it had a bone in it that I almost busted a tooth on. I called to give them the opportunity to make it right. After explaining that the sandwich is cold, the bread is becoming soggy, and that driving all the way there to have them add the smashed avocado when itâs nearly inedible already, is a waste of time/gas, they âwrote my name down for a free replacement sandwich tomorrow.â I even confirmed on that call that I could give the sandwich away to someone willing to eat it (I have been refused a previous refund for not having proof of the mistake - when I drove in the following day with only my receipt). I couldnât step away from work the next day, and sent someone to pick up the sandwich for me. The other manager, or owner(?), said that I was misinformed, that their policy requires the sandwich be brought back, and the best they could do anyways, and would consider offering, is a free side of Avocado with my next purchase.    Read moreWent through the drive through with a friend. She ordered a soda and I ordered a wrap. Her soda was basically carbonated water, my wrap wasnât cut all the way through and wasnât even folded properly so it spilled all over my lap. We went back in to have them fix the issue I asked her to finish cutting it and fold it properly. I watch her squish the whole thing while cutting it and doesnât fold the wrap and tries to put it back in the paper like that. So again I say thatâs not folded and the wrap is ruined at this point so instead of having her remake it, I ask her to just transfer the veggies to another wrap. Mean while my friend explains her soda is awful and they say âoh yeah another customer before you said the same thingâ Youâd think that would be an indicator to switch the soda out or shut it down for the night, but apparently not. So my friend asks if she can just grab a bottle of the same soda from the fridge since thatâs what she wanted and they said oh yeah itâs like 10 cents cheaper. So with permission she pokes the bottle into her cup and we go to leave. They stop us at the door and say âYou need to pay for that bottle!!â Um excuse me?? So I ask to talk to the manager.    Read moreI have ordered many subs from this subway over the years since they took over the old pizza hut location. I have had great luck. Today at work i was super busy and ordered through door dash for delivery. I received my order and the sandwich was less than par. I called and talked to the manager (cant remember her name) and explained about the lack of certain thing on my sandwich that i ordered. she was very sincere and apologetic. she asked if i want a new sandwich and i politely declined but she was very adamant that she wanted to make it right and that she would personally deliver me a new sandwich to me. it was great and she didn't disappoint. she made up for the error and i am super happy with how she dealt with the issue. i absolutely will continue to go to this store. i mostly want to make them aware of the issue to make sure the employee knew of the issue. you don't know there is an issue unless someone tells you. i like to try to handle the issue directly instead of leaving a bad review on google like so many people like to do right away instead of asking them to make it right first.
