Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lebanon

This taco bell need to replace the whole management and crew members who work there. 3 different time I ordered food from this taco bell, I order the doritos locos supreme and the taco shells are always soggy at the bottom and stuck to the cardboard or paper. Tacos are usually made fresh to order, but the crew don't care, they are unclean and don't care about the quality of food. They don't care if they cross contaminated the food or nothing. I came inside and watched the line crew make food. Two of the line workers was touching dusty boxes in the back, came back to the line, did not change gloves and proceeded to make people's food. The other guy with gloves, stopped making food, scratched his head, did not change his gloves and proceeded to make food. Immediately I asked for a refund before they even started making my food. Flies were covered on the front counter meaning it has not been routine cleaning done. Higher management need to investigate how this business is being ran and if this keep continuing, the health department could shut...

I would gave them 0 score if I had to they charge me for extra cheese .60 and extra lettuce. 40 which I didn't didn't get it. When I spoke with the manager she hang up the phone on me when I told her I will corporat on it. I have to paid of it and the receipt. I will be calling to resolve this issue for charging extra but not getting it for free!!!. I try to call back the store they wouldn't answer my phone call anymore when I told them I was going to call corporate on them. When I did called the corporate on it. I've been in this Taco Bell several times but never been like this one The lady that was fixing the food for the dinette would not apparently wait on men.
