Cuerno Grill Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Lebanon

Not a good experience. I arrived at 9:18 PM only to be told they were "closed" (the sign at the door said they actually closed at 10 PM). There was no greeter at the front of the restaurant and I had to walk into the dining room to even get anyone's attention. I felt unwelcome. I was about to leave but they relented and sat me after I asked to talk to a manager (who never came out and talked to me, by the way). The building was hot, as if there were no AC. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and tasted okay and the price of the actual food was reasonable, but I don't think a single small cup of sweet tea should be $3.49. Then, without being told to me, there is an extra charge to pay with a credit card (I didn't notice this on my receipt until after I had already paid and left). And finally, the pre-programmed tip (18%, 20% and then I believe 25%) was calculated on the tip + TAX (I shouldn't be tricked to tip on the tax). I felt that the price of $24.21 for was way to expensive for what I got. I would have honestly went somewhere else from the beginning but had just driven for 11 hours before arriving in Lebanon. Love the festive and clean setting and the Enchiladas Supremeas were very tasty but the "bar" portion of the menu absolutely sucks. I inquired about a top shelf Margarita but when the server couldn't tell me what tequila goes in it I opted for a mixed frozen. After finishing the aforementioned drink I then ordered a Mint Mojito and was instantly perturbed when it was served with a salted rim. After informing the server of this monstrosity she asked if I would like to replace it with another margarita and I said no. So if I could review both the food and the bar the food would 4 and the bar would be 1. I stayed at a hotel close-by, and everytime I stepped outside I could smell the food. Eventually I caved and followed that smell. On a slow Tuesday afternoon, I was seated and brought chips and salsa, and the main dish was brought to me surprisingly quick!
