I ate here with a friend (pictured) for lunch on a Friday afternoon, during late August. It wasn't too busy, but steady for the single server/waitress. Our server was very polite, and attentive, I think she was a ESL speaker, regardless communication/needs were met perfectly fine. We asked to sit outside, and she cranked out this giant umbrella, which was a huge feat in itself. The menu is a good size, I had a chicken burrito with spicy jalapenos & rice, chips & guacamole; you're given chips & complimentary salsa which was ok, they'd do better to make it fresh and charge. The guacamole was absolutely delicious, I'd definitely go again for that! I had Jalisco's Strawberry flavor, which was just like I remembered it from southern California, sweet & delicious. Before the food came out a bunch of bees started to buzz us, so we headed inside (I'm allergic, didn't want to cut my girls day out w an ER trip). The inside is small but cute, lots of hand painted cacti (which I'm a big fan of, the sign (see pic) is from the ladies "Powder Room" 😉 I think it's adorable. Our food came, my friend got steak tacos, which she said were delicious. My burrito was fantastic, the spice was just perfect, not too much that my mouth was unable to taste anything, or my stomach acid was a flame. Which I very much appreciated, I love spicy food, but have Crohn's Disease, and that can sometimes make me regret certain choices I make in Life. This little restaurant was not one of them! I have been fine in the days after, and I plan to return. I thank the chef for being on point with his spice & knowing exactly what he/she was doing with seasoning, Bravo! To the wonderful Server, Thank you for being so...

Nice little Mexican cafe in Lee. We stopped last night for a great dinner.

There was 5 of us, and upon entering we were told that seating would have to be outside. Cool, But then we were handed menus and we made our way to the sidewalk to the only table that would fit 5 people and there was some dirty glasses from a previous customer on it. No biggie, just not as polished a presentation as I would like. They were cleaned up quickly when the waiter took our drink order (ice water).

The food was fantastic. We had burritos, enchiladas, and a quesadilla. Also, the chips and salsa we great. We ordered guac too and it was tasty. Great food!

It took a bit of time to get our check, and so we had to wait a bit. Also, we had to ask for more water during the meal. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Meal for 5 was just over $100. Not bad. Great place. 5/5 on food. Presentation could use a little polishing, but this is a good deal if you’re looking for some tasty...

First time here. We really appreciate authentic Mexican dishes and Avacado did not disappoint. We were the first ones there for early Friday dinner. Tried the loaded margaritas, they were very good. She had the Aztec salad bowl it was excellent- the fried tortillas bowl was light like pastry and the nopales and beef included were very good. I had the carnitas enchiladas almost went with the Arbil sauce but the bartender pointed out to me it would be very hot - I went with the tomatillo sauce instead which had mild bite but was very very good. Excellent meals. Also had the flan for desert which was better than what I’ve had or made before- more cheese cake consistency than custard. Very nice comfortable decor and furniture. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Plenty of public parking right...

I just left this wonderful place with my family. We are literally on our way to Canada and accidentally ran into this delicious restaurant. The owner, Ivan, served us an amazing mole, tacos, and burrito. The sauce was awesome and the food overall was soooo good. We plan to return on our way back home! Does anyone know about this authentic little secret in Lee? Who would have thought anything like this existed in Lee? We were so impressed and they also had excellent house margaritas. We will definitely return.
