Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Leeds

Ok... last night we went back for another visit at our nearby store. WyEasha was our cashier order specialist. She has twin sisters Washera and Dryera... they are Kenmores. We each got the chicken parm sandwiches. Hot and fresh really comes to mind. Hot out of the oven and fresh made while we watched. Ready in about 9 minutes start to finish. We grabbed and drove down to the park and stopped to enjoy. Full flavor from the bread through the sauce and into the chicken. We were floored at the quality. Wonderful stuff. We will be back to try the rest soon.

Last Sunday we had the: We had a large Meatzza with no sauce, loaded bacon cheddar tots and chicken pasta Alfredo. Heath was our cashier and menu expert. We have not been to Domino's in a long time. Our Tots were hot and crispy. The cheese was hot and crusty with just the right amount of sauce on each piece. I was amazed at the quality of this appetizer. It was worth the $6.99. We will order this again. (Ashley stole at least a third of them but she is cute so I didn't gripe too much.) The Meatzza Pizza was crisp and cooked to perfection. It was done in the middle and to the crust. The amount of toppings was impressive as were the flavors of the different meats. Truly a cornucopia of flavors in every bite. Ashley ordered the chicken pasta Alfredo. She didn't share but I managed to sneak a forkful or two. The chicken was tender and plentiful. The sauce was light and flavorful. The pasta was tender and completely cooked. All in all our meal was perfect. Each item was presented hot and fresh. Each was served as good as we have had anywhere at any price. The chicken dish was as good as Olive Garden or other upscale Italian eateries. The pizza was in line with premium pizza places. The Tots were just a wonderful surprise.

If I could I would give this place a ZERO! I have tired to give them the benefit of the doubt, however that third times a charm! First time delivered burnt pizza and yet still was delivered when it was “checked”, 2nd time they only had ONE driver and ONE cook with the driver having to deliver to 5 different homes once again why was delivery an option? 3rd time I wanted to see if they had anymore drivers to help with delivery since well today is Friday and should be a busy day and their should be more drivers to help speed things up plus my children wanted pizza, however it was taking up to 45 minutes to an hour to deliver if I would have known that before selecting delivery things would have been different. Preparing and keeping quality should be number one! Delivery should be the new norm and prepping should be done quickly as possible as well as workers being prompt to show that Dominos values and respects the rule of less contact is best and social distancing is being taken seriously. Leeds,AL location lacks this lesson.I use to live in Hoover, AL and would order from the Vestavia Hills dominos and my order was done all within good timing and even on a FRIDAY at that! So for the manager to give such a poor excuse as to why they are not meeting the same expectation as a more populated area like Vestavia, AL is just plan sad. Leeds location should not have ANY reason for such a long wait.For a small community you would think the turn around time would be within reasonable time frames. Plus per the manager they have SEVERAL drivers! So trust me save your money invest in...

I ordered some pepperoni bread and lemonade for delivery and was paying cash @10:28 pm since I haven’t eaten all day and the driver did pull in front of my drive way but never got out to give me the order. I was tracking the order since they were around they were 5 mins out and I opened my door WITH the lights that had been on since 7pm (and my doorbell camera shows it was) and stood there for 2mins looking at the car because they weren’t moving at all and I grabbed my $20 out my pocket and soon as I looked up they were pulling off and after that the tracker showed the car sat up the hill for 2-3min and drove off. And I was just thinking maybe they got confused somehow and I called the store telling them this and the man on the phone told me that driver told them that they couldn’t see anything and nobody was at the door (I had my door opened and stood there looking the car parked in front of my driveway and the light WERE on the entir time. And then he said the driver tried to call but my phone isn’t showing any missed calls. While this is happening the driver wasn’t even at the store yet bc I called right after I saw them going up the backstretch to dominoes and I live 7-10 mins away. And was told their driver was off tonight yet they’d till had my food. And I told them that I couldn’t drive up there to get my food bc my car isn’t with me rn. not hating on the man on the phone because the convo was calm but the driver was lying about nobody being at the door and the...
