Spent over $70+for dinner for the second time this month and disappointed again was going the first time was just a fluke. everything was mushy, every the house lol mean was all mush together, like it had been sitting for a while, but it had some flavor, so we dealt with it and cream Cheese wontons and chicken were over cooked and hardly any shrimp in the shrimp fried rice. Tonight everything is so dry and over cooked, you can’t even chew it except for that cream wontons which are under cooked this time and chewy, I had to refry them. Only thing ok was the Mongolian beef and the sesame chicken but even that was a bit over cooked. I was looking forward to that bourbon chicken, but it was just extremely dry over cooked chicken with no sauce or taste. I tried to call to rectify the situation, but it goes to a mailbox that says directories for will be taking back, very disappointed and the po po platter is just that, so over cooked that you can’t even eat it. Even the lowmein was dry and had no sauce or taste. I Would’ve love to have some soy sauce to put on it to make it better but none was given in the bag. And again only 2 fortune cookies. I tried to call several times to rectify the situation, but it rings and then goes to a mailbox that says to put in a directory number and mailbox is full , I will be taking it back tomorrow. I just came from eating at China One Chinese Restaurant. DON’T EAT AT THIS PLACE. My co worker ordered an Egg Drop Soup. The Fried Noodles were old. My co worker took one spoon, wanted a new soup because she dumped the entire bag in the soup. The guy at the counter went to tell the Asian Lady Cook and she said no. The Asian Guy cook came from the kitchen like he wanted to confront my co worker. She asked for a new soup and explained about the Noodles, he said NO he’s not replacing the Soup. My co worker asked for a refund and they said NO refund. The Asian Lady told my co worker to take the soup off her counter, You can’t leave it here. The Asian Lady kept looking back to see if the soup was still there. This is unacceptable. The guy who was running the counter finally threw the soup away. Customer Service has gone to hell in a basket. The people at this Chinese Restaurant was very rude. You have people coming to spend money at your business, you barely can understand them but you can’t replace a soup. I...

I just wanna warn everyone. Do. Not. Eat. Here. I went there to place a to go order, after ringing me up and answering the phone. The guy that I assumed was the cashier turned to the fridge behind him and pulled food from the fridge for my order with his bare hands (yes it was direct contact with my food) he did not wear gloves or bother to wash his hands. I confronted him about it and his only response was to say that the grease would "cook of the germs". I tried filing a complaint with the health department, but they seem more interested in avoiding people and working. The lady I assumed was the owner was very dismissive and seemed only interested in me getting food or leaving. The health concerns are only part of the problem with this place from the looks of it.
