Taco Bell — Restaurant in Leesburg

Waited at the speaker behind another order for almost 10 mins. When I did order the order taker was nice. When I got to the window some young girl with blond tips on her braids came to the window like my family and I were a burden. The look on her face. I paid for my food and waited patiently. I had a big order $45 worth. Burritos, soft tacos ect ect. I received my order and the young girl was reluctant to come to the windows rolling her eyes. When I asked for more sauce for my almost 15 item order compared to the 5 sauces she gave me she slamed the windows and rolled her eyes again returning with a snack bag size of sauces. When I returned home a taco is missing and every single Doritoes taco that I ordered for myself (4) where crushed. Like I could've order a nacho bell grande if that was the case. The quesadilla we order no sauce on so pretty much only cheese had cheese on 25% of the bread. It's sad that I worked for taco bell as a kid and this is what the company is allowing corporate or franchise. To suffer quality of service and food it's a wonder why all these fast food spots are closing. And I debated hard on cooking before I went there. And I surely regret spending...

Food was ok burritos were wrapped loose and everything like fell apart also the two soft tacos were made poorly darn things fell in my lap so I wore ingredients had go home and change(never was able eat the two tacos hence garbage after fell apart) One burrito was cold threw away, asked for receipt and was unable to provide it. The manager was making up temperatures for food and writing in book from dining area. No wonder food was cold. Sneezing and coughing all around food prep area. That’s disturbing. Know Taco Bell holds higher standards then what I was given and seen this morning. 06/15/2024 @ around 1035am. Dirty,cold,poorly prepped and finished product. Cmon Taco Bell DO BETTER BE BETTER. Treated terrible at the window even though we were extremely friendly and thankful. Double stacks had hardly any meat, beefy five layer had NO BEEF, and my husbands chicken diablo burrito was also missing ingredients and was super wet throughout the burrito. Person at the window didn't even acknowledge us and was mad we gave him exact change. Normally a really great experience, but even when I tried to call and get a hold of a manager, no one answered and the phone went to and automatic voice recording. We have been going here for a while, but now will never return. Thanks for the terrible experience.
