KFC — Restaurant in Leesburg

So I’m mad. The food, great as always and came out super fast too. But the workers are unpleasant. They turn the drink machine off sometimes to prevent people from stealing drinks but when me and my mom went up to the counter it took a while before someone came over. 3 different workers locked eyes with me and turned around to walk away and ignored both me and my mother. When someone finally noticed us she approached the counter and said “what do you want?” In a nasty ass tone like she didn’t know the machine was off. I politely said that the drink fountain was off and asked her to please turn it on so we can get our drinks. She was like “what to drink” I told her Mountain Dew and a Pepsi please. The next words out of her mouth had shocked me. “Well go get the cups!” She raised her voice at me and snatched the cups out of my hands like I would’ve gotten my own drinks but she was just so rude and rolled her eyes at me. I’m a fast food worker I work at a McDonalds I get rude customers every single day but I have never once raised my voice or given a customer attitude back. And because I’m a fast food worker I have never EVER been rude to a worker as a customer because I know what they deal with everyday. But this was hands down the worst experience ever at least for me, she needs a real good talking to since she also ignored other customers and gave them the same treatment or...

I'm just going to jump right into the review. The food was awesome. I went there today around dinner time and ordered me a two-piece dinner with a breast, leg, mashed potatoes, and a fruit punch. The lady that was at the window and taking the drive-through orders did an amazing job. She greeted me as soon as I pulled up to order, she was patient with me, and she was very polite. She informed me that the meal deal I wanted couldn't be modified the way I wanted it; but also didn't give attitude when she was assisting me. Thank you so much for that I truly appreciate it. (To the cook) awesome job on cooking the food. It was fresh and made with perfection.(To the packer) thank you so..... much for giving me that freshly cooked breast and leg. It was so good, and you actually packed my food the way it's suppose to be. And gladly to say everything was in the box, and I wasn't missing no items. Overall, great job team. Thank you for the wonderful attitudes, the fresh food, and the great customer service; I received at the window. Please keep up the good work. I highly appreciate y'all. I would recommend this KFC to friends, family, and anyone who wants that good ol' KFC cooking how it should be done. Thanks again...

If I could give a negative 10 I definitely would. This establishment is horrible. Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and the line only moved because of the people that were getting out of line. Decided to go inside to be told that they aren't taking any orders inside except online orders. Even though several employees were inside no one could take the orders of 5 customers that walked out. Since they were sooooooo busy I couldn't understand why an employee was able to leave the restaurant and go and pick up her child. She was gone for probably 20 minutes while I was forced to place my order online and wait. She then strolled in with her child that was about 2 and went to the back. Their isn't some type of safety hazard with a kid walking through the kitchen? Whoever owns this restaurant should fire this entire rude staff and start over. They are letting your customers walk out and taking money out of your pocket. They make all types of snide comments because people are coming inside and upset that they can't place an order. This place is totally trash. Drive to the next closest restaurant because you will get your food...
