While the food is good, the customer service is terrible. I am a huge supporter of Black Owned Businesses, however we as a people must do better. We cannot expect customers to patronize our business, when we fail to treat them with the most basic respect. There is a very negative stigma customers hold regarding black-owned businesses having poor customer service.
Although this is definitely not true for many black businesses, it is an area in which we need to pay special attention , especially Pine Street BBQ! No matter how good your family recipes are, or how tasty you BBQ sauce is, when you can't answer basic questions without an attitude, you can't say you are a successful business!

Read moreAbsolutely amazing. We followed our noses and the sight of a long line of people waiting (in the rain!!) and we were NOT disappointed. Super friendly staff, and absolutely astounding food. We had the rib sandwich and the meat practically fell off the bone. The sauce was a delicious mustard based yellow sauce.
