Don't be discouraged by location. Upon our initial stop, we were hesitant to eat taco's out of a gas station, upon further reviews, I was even more skeptical. Knowing some of the best mexican food comes from these establishments and we were hungry and in need of food, we went for it. PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. Overall great experience, here are some highlights:

  1. Greeted by a very nice lady. Fantastic smile and service. Fresh food and fast (considering it was made to order and fresh)
  2. Regular size tacos were huge with lots of meat (not traditional street size taco. We ordered adobado and carnitas. Both freshness and flavor were on point.
  3. Salsa bar was great and a perfect addition to make the tacos awesome. Nothing out of the ordinary but, exactly what you would expect.
  4. ordered chips. They were made to order, came out hot and fresh. Were fantastic with the fresh salsa. Can't tell you the last time I ordered chips and they came out fresh from fryer
  5. Horchata was great
  6. Churros were great

When you eat at a place called paco's tacos......I would recommend their tacos. Give nice people your business who provide great food and service. Hands down better than any of the fast food and most of the other restaurants in the area if you are interested in Mexican food. We...

This little restaurant is inside Chevron gas station. They even have a drive-thru. They are fast with making your order. Their food is delicious! It's like a taquieria, more authentic Mexican food. They have a large menu. Its just as large of a menu as a big restaurant.

I ordered the Asada combo plate. They serve you a large portion of food. It came with Fajita meat, delicious flaky Spanish rice and refried beans. The Fajita meat was nicely seasoned, and tender. It came with fresh, soft, hot, corn tortillas. You could make your own taquitos. They also had a hotsauce, salsa bar. This had different kinds of salsa and even Pico de gallo and pickled Jalapeños. My favorite is the avocado guacamole salsa.

They also have the flavored drinks. They are big for the size you buy. Horchata, Hibiscus berry flavor. You can order to go or they also have a dining area.

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I had never noticed this restaurant before. I am so glad to have...

Went to Paco's for lunch today with a friend. They have a very large menu. That could be both good and bad, if you have trouble choosing. I chose a carne asada fajita and chicken chimichanga. The chimi was good. The fajita was large and the tortilla was yummy. The carne asada itself was just okay with not a lot of flavor, just some heat. The onions, peppers and everything wrapped together was good. Their prices were very reasonable and the value for the portions was excellent. My only real complaint was the cleanliness of the space. The tables were dirty, the salsa bar was dirty and it wasn't very busy, so no excuse. They could have wiped everything down in just a few minutes.

Food components were bland, spicy, but okay. Food combined into products were good, but meat didn't shine through. Cleanliness was unacceptable, but not dangerous.

Overall I liked it, but there are lots of options around and I most likely won't be back very soon, but I wouldn't cross it...

Located inside a gas station. Also has a drive-through. Got two Panchos (steak, bacon, potatoes, sour cream, cheese). Thought they were going to be small but they were quite hardy. Could have just gotten one. Ate half at the store, saved the other half for later. It cost a little bit more to pay with credit card. I paid with cash, but I’m pretty sure the lady charged me the credit card price. I asked her and she said it was the tax. But I’m pretty sure I saw the $9. You can get sauce and peppers on the side. There are a little sandwich bags for the peppers. I ate the second half for lunch later in the day. I enjoyed it more when it was cold. There was so much grease that came out. It seep through the wrapper. Good thing I put it in a sandwich bag

Wow. Yummy! Inside the Chevron building. It was clean and the only issue was so many choices! I always like to try the chicken chimichanga at new places like this. The wife got the carne asada burrito. We got the platters which include rice and beans. Both were hot and full of meat with a bit of cheese. The rice was lightly seasoned and the beans were the right thickness. They don't make the desserts. We got the chocolate flan and the tres leches cake. Both were full of flavor! Would highly recommend and will be back!
