I have bitten my tongue with this location for months now. Trying to give them chance after chance! (Because I love the pizza) I have ordered from them through DoorDash 4-5x. Every single time more then half my order is missing. The first time I blamed it on the dasher, but when it kept happening EVERY single time I called the store the third time. The manger acted like it never happens. He offered my money (which I never got back) (he said he would call DoorDash) 🙄 He did give the rest of the 80+$ order and my husband went and got it. So I gave another chance…..Now tonight they tried to do the same thing and only give my dasher two pizzas… not the cinnamon bread, the salad or the drink. (After he waited for over 45 min) This is saying a lot I never leave reviews. I even worked for papa Murphys in Ogden for my first job for over a year…. Years and years ago. I thought they were pretty strict on owners….This location and franchise ownership needs help!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER come back...
Read moreI walked in tonight at 7:30 pm to buy two heart shaped pizzas. (Two days before Valentine's Day.) I was the only customer in the store. The two employees were in fact making heart shaped pizzas. There was an entire rack full of premade heart shaped pizzas, and they refused to sell me two pizzas. When I asked to speak to the manager, another young kid came out and said they wouldn't sell me the pizzas, and that the pizzas they were making were for the Valentine's Day rush. I said, "Wait. You have a paying customer here right now, and you won't sell me any pizzas?!" He told me that "even if he wanted to sell me a pizza, he couldn't because I was a walk-in." I have ALWAYS purchased my pizzas a couple of days before the holiday and have never had to preorder them, and there has never been a problem before. I have never heard of anything more ridiculous in my life! I truly don't understand the lack of customer service in today's world, but I'll take my business elsewhere...
Read moreA lot of teenagers work here, so you kind of expect that customer service won’t be quite as great, which is fine. When I stopped in a couple days ago for 2 pizzas, the teenagers were actually pretty helpful - to the customers and to each other as employees. I was impressed. However, the older “adult” who was acting as everyone’s manager kept yelling, swearing, and acting condescendingly to all of the teenage workers. He did it so much that it made the atmosphere very awkward to be in while I was waiting for my pizzas, and all of the younger employees appeared to be miserable in this kind of work environment. I kept trying to give compliments to the teenagers as this man would keep treating them like garbage. They’re just kids, and they were doing the best they knew how to do. But, because of the hostility constantly created by the manager, I don’t think I’ll go back to this location anymore. I hope the kids can find a better job where they’ll be...
