The lady that took our order was kind of rude. I also feel like Subway is semi-dishonest about in the wording of their coupons. My son and I went through the drive-thru. My son didn't know that he could get his choice of cheese on his sandwich since we don't come here very often at all and he was trying a new sandwich. When asked what cheese he wanted, he needed to see what cheeses there were. The lady gave us literally, seriously, literally 3 seconds pause before she said, "would you like to come inside? You do have a long line of cars behind you." So I apologized and explained why we weren't ready with what we wanted then gave her the name of the cheese he wanted. When I got done telling her the veggies we wanted, she told us to pull up to the window. I said, "do we not get to choose our dressing?" She said, "you said that was everything." I said, "no, I said that was it for the veggies. I was very clear on that" So I finished our order and pulled to the window. When I gave her our coupon (this is where corporate messed up, I feel) she gave it back and said that they club isn't included in the coupon deal. When I looked at the coupon, it said nothing about a club sandwich not being included. It says something about a footlong Pro but if a club is a footlong pro (which she didn't explain btw) then how is someone suppose to know that?? Subway needs to be...
Read moreThe employees of this particular subway are nearly incompetent. We arrived as they were serving a customer in the drive thru. There were two employees, and we sat as they served the drive thru. After several minutes we were finally helped. We ordered two sandwiches and a protein bowl. This is where the problems truly began. First, they didn't toast the sandwich, and had to remove the lettuce they started to add. Then they toasted the sandwich and started the salad bowl. Again, remember there are two employees helping us.(They were not in training, as they both mentioned they were job searching, and complained about understaffing unless they were training.) Finally they finished the first sandwich. Then they started the salad bowl. While ordering the salad bowl, one employee had to go to the back no less than 5 times to get ingredients that had run out up front. The entire time we were treated to a running commentary about how bad working there was, how much they hated the music playing, and how other employees had done wrong. Finally we paid and got to leave. While we were there, a car pulled into the drive thru, and was ignored and eventually left. All in all this was the worst subway experience we have ever had, and will not be returning to this location. But the...
Read moreHorrible Subway!! Definitely won’t be going back. Go in to pick up my online order and all 3 employees just stand there with their arms folded, staring me down and not saying a word. Tell them I have an online order. The guy literally shoves me my sandwiches without saying anything and goes to walk away. I kindly asked if I could have my 2 large drinks cups and he also pretty much shoved those at me. As I am getting my drinks filled up, I notice all 3 of them are once again standing there, staring me down with their arms folded giving me a dirty look. Got home and my sandwiches were a DISASTER. They were so hard to eat and the one was completely wrong (the one pictured was the worst and the banana peppers were not on there to begin with. They were on my the other sandwich that wasn’t supposed to have them). Didn’t ask for mustard at all on this sandwich (or any of them) there was A LOT of vinegar on it instead of the MVP Vinaigrette, it was a DISASTER there was so much mustard (that I didn’t ask for!). It was really hard to eat because all you could taste was mustard. NEVER GOING TO THIS ONE AGAIN. I will drive the extra 5 min to go to...
