The Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Lehigh Acres

so these people, DO NOT, know how to listen. I pull up, on Friday, August 2nd, dreaming about the best ice cream of my life. I go in there with my spongebob pajama pants, and idk if that was the problem, but when I walked in there, there was BEEF. I was browsing the selection, thinking about what i could only dream of. the lady at the counter, who seemed very nice, (WHO WAS NOT), asked me what I would like. I said, meekly, "can I please get a 32oz chocolate shake." and I say my request because of the clear 32oz cup on the display counter. she RUDLEY replies "I don't know, CAN YOU?" and so, me being the kind fellow I am, said in return "nevermind I guess, can you make it a large?" to which, she said, "okay."

on Saturday, August 3rd, I go back to the establishment to try again. I see the same lady from before working behind the counter, and I know she saw me. I see a different lady behind the register area, so I decide to try something else. I said, "can I get two large half coffee half chocolate milkshakes please?" and this lady...idk WHAT was wrong with her...as soon as I said what I wanted..."you want 2?" "chocolate and coffee?" "milkshakes?" like PAY ATTENTION, gosh I just told you 5 seconds ago. she leaves to go set my stuff up. I take a seat and I just KNOW the two girls were conspiring against me and my spongebob pjs. I see a girl get her ice cream, it was looking fire, then I see another girl get hers, looking fire.....then I see...this lady, HANNAH, put two clear MEDIUM size cups of straight ice cream on the counter and point at me.

WHO do you think you are, first of all, SECONDLY, YOU ASKED ME TWICE, you literally REPEATED what I said and still got it wrong. I know for a fact this girl from the day before said something because there's no WAY you mess that up. HANNAH and that other girl from the 2nd, your days here are numbered cause the owner WILL hear about it.

The owner/manager (not sure, he made weird claims) is an absolute nightmare if he's in. He won't blend the smoothies properly after you've upset him. They are ridiculously thick and won't go through the provided straw. We usually get a 16oz with four fruits. No one has ever told us it is a problem except for this man who claims to be a higher-up. Do not ask for four fruits, instead of three for a small. He claims it will be a cup of fruit, which is bad, even when told that is what they wanted. Then, he changes it to he cannot allow more than three and is visibly upset when told the other staff does it no problem. Then he tells us we can't have lemon or lime in them even though it is on his sign. He then claimed "someone" wrote it without his knowledge and it shouldn't be there. The flavors have been available for a very long time. It was bizarre. All of the girls and younger men are great any other time, but the owner/manager absolutely...

Nice little place to get some ice cream. Prices are reasonable and they have a good variety of flavors. Not a whole lot of seating though. Best bet is get it to go, sometimes it gets crowded. The inside looks like your old fashioned ice cream parlor. (Brings back memories). They do have hotdogs, chili, shredded pork sandwiches and pretzels if you want something more than ice cream. The staff are super friendly and they also have a drive up window on the backside. Lots of free parking and I would suggest Google mapping this place. It kind of hidden behind an auto...
