Service is good, food is okay, but nowhere near it used to be, they won't even do a large order of chili cheese fries anymore, but they'll charge you extra if you ask for them, they no longer use foil wrap(which some people like, some don't) but 80% of the time they can't even include ranch for their onion rings, the quality of food is only getting worse, and it's sad, I've eaten here for years, the drive thru used to know my name, but no more.
Edit: went back after a few weeks, they brought back the foil wrap, but literally 2 orders of chili cheese fries, one of regular fries, and two orders of onion rings, all room temp when it took 15 minutes from order to pickup? Disgraceful, I won't be going back.
Another edit, finally went back as they used to have the greatest burgers in the county, and what a surprise to find a shard of bone in my burger, chili cheese fries cold after ordering 7 minutes ago, this place has become a disgrace to what it used to be, they've even changed their chili in the chili cheese fries, tastes like school cafeteria hot dog chili, if you live around here you know what I mean, and it's sad. They need to go back to what they were before they were forced to change their name.
And yet another edit: tried it again because there's only so many places around here, they forgot my order or cheese fries and they definitely need to change the grease for frying shrimp, this place has gotten truely pathetic, I'd rather go hungry than go...

When we drove up to the window at 7 the girl told us that they donāt get notifications for orders placed in the app (why have the ability to order on the app if the restaurant doesnāt receive it??) and told us it would be a few minutes for them to make our food. At around 7:10 we got our shakes with no straws and were told to have a good night, we had to remind them that we were also waiting for food. A few minutes later we were asked to pull forward to wait for the food. The food finally made it to us around 7:20 and at that point we were so frustrated that we didnāt bother asking a second time for straws or for the drink for the kids meal and we went home to eat. Our tots were cooked a little too long and and my burger was burnt on the edges and the bacon was pretty salty. My husband was impressed by the size of his double burger but not the taste. We both liked our milkshakes but I added peanut butter cups to mine and it only had one or two pieces in it and didnāt taste like there was much more blended in. After the long wait and disappointment we wonāt be back. Weāll go to Five Guys from now on since theyāre not much more price wise and arenāt as much of a hassle and the taste is more consistent. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband goes barefoot, which is NOT illegal as many people incorrectly think. We are very versed in laws regarding this issue. Premises may, of course , define dress codes and exclude shoeless people, but it needs to be posted. Other Hwy 55 restaurants in our area have no problem with him, and we patronise those. We were surprised (after noting no prohibitions posted), to be greeted at the door by an elderly gentleman whose function seemed to be to screen and stop people coming in. He incorrectly asserted that there was a law " no shoes no shirt no service" and my husband was not allowed to even step foot into the restaurant...not even to speak with a manager. I went in and spoke to the manager on his behalf to advise her of the interaction, the incorrect assertion re the law, and that this could be considered discrimination unless they posted no shoes allowed. The manager was reasonable, the elderly fellow was not! I fail to understand the rationale of having a door guard in a low crime area. We did not have a meal there and will not return. Barefooters, please note. Do not go to this LELAND NC location I give 2 stars for service because the manager was pleasant...
