I came in on the 21st of September with my mom for lunch this was our first visit to a Miller's Steak house we was seated very quickly the atmosphere was good really good vibe. After about 5 min wait our server came got the drink order after a few min she came back with drinks We first started with the Zingers Honey Mustard. I will say they were good. I ordered the 6oz serlion with fried shrimp and a baked potato only butter. Well i got a loaded potato which was cold room temperature at best. I didn't even take one bite. Server noticed she came back with a plain potato no butter luckily that was warm. So I ate the potato plain. Now the steak OMG GROSS I took 1 bite and I was done. I cut it in the middle it was Cold like refrigerator cold. I love steak rare this is was the worse thing ever the 1 bite I did try had no flavor. I ended up bringing it home and frying it for my german shepherd dog. As for the shrimp you can tell they are frozen shrimp also room temperature my dog got them to. My mom order the Lime Chicken she ate maybe 4 bites and said it was cold. She also gave her remaining food to her dog also. Manger came to table I told her and showed her the food was cold she was nice and said the only thing she came do is give 50% off the bill which she did. I also told her we would not return. I like good steak and hot food. At this location their is 2 other steak houses TEXAS ROAD HOUSE A+ STEAK and hot fresh bread never had a problem been there countless times. And then their Outback Steakhouse Steak B+ coconut shrimp A+ service is a hit and miss. Miller's Steak House F cold food, slow service. Not what I expect from a steakhouse. Would I give them a second try? NO 40 dollars waisted after the 50% off I am good. After the visit I ended up hitting the McDonald's also nearby Why build another steakhouse literally in the same parking lot. Everyone reading this do yourself a favor and go to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ate here on Sunday, July 17, 2023 at about 8:15 pm. Our waitress was quite nice. I could tell though that serving here is disappointing due to the absolute dreck coming out of the kitchen. I'll start with the good: my husband's chicken parmesan was correctly cooked and tastily seasoned. My Tuscan pear salad had fresh lettuce, tasty and perfectly-cooked chicken, and I liked the oil-preserved tomatoes. The bad: My husband's chicken piece (not cut up) had barely any marinera on it and was on top of a HUGE pile of cheesy pasta. Good if you love pasta I guess. My salad came with ZERO dressing. I lifted up the salad at several places and it wasn't there. I asked for and was brought dressing. About half way through I realized there were NO candied pecans. I was pretty disgusted by this point and a little afraid to ask for them so I just kept eating. That's when I noticed that in addition to the blue cheese crumbles, there were pieces of mozzarella and cheddar in there as well. I used to work at a Subway and this told me all I needed to know about what the kitchen was like. Also, the few pear pieces were tasteless. This was our second visit. The first was just after they opened and I had the exact same salad, which was delicious. That's why I told my husband I wanted to come here again. Very disappointing. We live in the area but...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe really want to like this place. We've probably been there 10-15 times since it opened. But every time we go, there's always an issue; long waits on initial cocktail service; screwed up orders with some coming out after other table guests have completed their meals; improper charges on our bill; and almost ALWAYS, consistently, meals being served lukewarm, not hot. Then there is the failure of servers to remove place settings and silverware in a timely manner. Many times we will leave after paying our bill, with our plates still languishing on our table. And, sorry to report, we have found the bartenders to be short, unfriendly and seeming inconvenienced by our presence, like they are doing us a favor by serving us rather than us doing them a favor by our presence, our business and our tips. Initially, when they first opened, we happily gave them the benefit of the doubt chalking these difficulties up to new staff and grand opening shortfalls. But they've been open now for a few years and this should not be continuing to happen. And for me, the warm food really pisses me off. When the food is plated, a server or food runner should be there within one minute to deliver it to the patrons. And if I want to have dirty dishes waiting around after my meal, I can simply stay home. Wake up Millers Ale House on Collier...
