Here's the thing, it's not difficult to give the customer what they ordered especially when on the receipt it has what you order and they give you something different. Not to mention that I was in the drive thrue on my way to work and didn't check my order until I was at work. I shouldn't see why I should be the one to check my order before I leave the parking lot in order to get back out and correct it and be late to work. So I call and let them know what was the problem. I paid for one thing and received something of lesser value. They replied and said I'll put you on a list and you can come in and just let them know your name and that your on the list and we will give you a free breakfast. I thought that was a great idea to make up for the breakfast I paid for and did not receive. Until three days later following a holiday weekend I show up for my breakfast and the manager says I'm no where on the list and refuses me my replacement breakfast. I am highly dissatisfied because now I'm at work with no food and very hungry and have to wait until lunch to eat. Not to mention I work at a demanding job where I acctually need energy to work efficiently. Bottom of the line worst Carl's Jr chain restaurant I've provided constant business and will now never go again. P.s. Read moreMy husband sons and nephews went in tonight and went inside because he has a trailer connected to his truck and couldn’t get through drive, upon entering my son was told he couldn’t be inside. So my husband went inside and explained why was told by a lady only he could order but no eating. He asked if they could at least use the restroom she said fine. I paid went to the bathroom as i came out she was yelling at the boys saying rude things thinking no one understood english (racist) but i and sons do she said my card didnt go through because of their systems being down. Ok ill pay cash took out my money, no system is down for cash too! What!! She said keep the sodas you already used the cups but i dont give out free food. 5 combos good already made sitting there! The guy working was nice. So my husband goes back in and is like no no, whats your name, nothing, again, the boy says its lupita! She yells yea its lupita and! He tells her shut up she tells him to shut up. If she was hungry and wanted free food for herself just make it dont steal customers food be rude lie and he racist. I will be calling tomorrow and speaking to management its unacceptable. We have 2 businesses close by we go here a lot, i know losing a fee customers isnt much but as long as LUPiTA is there we will not go back. Read moreI went through the drive-thru to place my order I was greeted by a beautiful screen but an automated voice The automated voice could not understand that I was inquiring as to whether or not Carl's Jr had sweet tea. The automated system repeated itself three times before completely disregarding my order then I went ahead and drove up to the window it appeared to only be two people working at the time The gentleman greeted me and confirmed the rest of my order I then had to wait for him to add the other two items to my order and complete the question of whether or not they had sweet tea. They did not. I ordered a Sprite. Part of my order included Chris cut fries because the machine didn't catch it I was then asked if I can do them a favor by parking and waiting for my Chris cut fries I was hesitant because my time is just as valuable as theirs and I don't feel like I should help you give the impression that you completed my order when you didn't but reluctantly I went ahead and drove to the parking lot which was full so now I had to find a place to park then after finding a place to park and waiting it was only about six or seven minutes I realize they still had my order wrong and I ordered two sandwiches and a kids meal and it came to 30 bucks I was over that whole experience and I would not be going to that...
