First let me say it took them forever to seat us even though we only had an hour to eat. We watched the hosts joking around and the people cleaning the tables talking and only really working. Then they only pulled people from the other two lines and not because their status was higher, but because no one was directing the people on which lines were next and who was waiting longer.
