We'll never go back to this restaurant again. there is a lady Meriam who works at the front and has to be the most rudest Employee I have dealt with in a long time. I do not like giving bad reviews. But this woman should not be working here. We were planning to come and eat but my son had to use the restroom first. so my wife and him jumped out of the car very fast so my son could use the restroom. I was getting out of the vehicle with my daughter, When my wife comes up to me and says we are not allowed to use the restroom and she needed to buy something right now in order to use the restroom. My wife then told the rude lady. It is for my son who is 4 years old. She shrugged her shoulders as if she did not care. My wife then comes out and tells me as I am about to walk in. I was so upset that they would not let my little boy who is only 4 use the restroom. I then went and asked if my son could use the restroom while my wife was outside. She rudely told me, You need to buy something. I told her give me the cheapest soda I can buy. I then purchased a can of soda for about two dollars. She then literally drops the receipt on the counter and does not hand it to. I then told her she can keep it and we would not be coming back here to eat here ever again. People who lack customer service should not be working in the front of a business where they have to deal with people daily. If she does not like her job I would advise her to look for something she enjoys doing because she obviously does not...
Read moreIf you go to a Toyota dealer, and all the staff have attitudes, bad at their jobs, and always screw up your service, it's not about Toyota, it's about the dealer. In this case, Santana's does pretty darn good food around San Diego, but this shop HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PERFORMANCE I HAVE EVER SEEN! I opened a business down the street a few months back, and me and my staff have been sending someone down there twice a week to get a 3-4 item order. EVERY SINGLE TIME, they screw up the order! (No, REALLY, EVERY SINGLE TIME!). After months of this, we decided to try it one more time... [2 Egg/Cheese/Potato Burritos, one with sour cream ] 5 rolled tacos, plain, with extra cheese (we even sent our Latino co-worker down there, who speaks fluent Spanish!, hoping they will get the order correct!)...nope. No sour cream on the burrito, no cheese at all on the rolled tacos! Went back, asked to talk to the manager, explained the situation regarding order, had him remake the rolled tacos... got into the car to leave, decided to check before driving off... no cheese, flooded in sour cream! OMFG! Honestly friends, you will likely be highly disappointed by this shops total lack of ability to get even the slightest changes to your order right... and definitely do not even try to become a repeat customer there... you will end up doing what I am doing... writing a review, and looking for a new local...

So I was in line and this guy in front of me, completed his order, when he asked why his order was so hi, she told him "I don't know, that's just what the register told me." So the guy did the math and he said the price was wrong, so she then told him that she had "accidentally hit a button on the register" that added $3.50 to his bill. This tipped me off.
So when it was my turn to order, I made sure to pay attention. Same thing happened, I asked for a order of rolled tacos($2.99 for 3, the menu price) and asked for an extra, they said it was $1 per extra. So we get the bill and she asked for $5.89, when I asked how come it was a full dollar more, she said the same, "I don't know, that's just what the register is telling me" line. So when I made the argument that the menu price for 3 + 1 extra is $4 and change, she told me "Well [the menu] is wrong, do you want them or not?" So I said that's not my fault and if they were going to over charge me then I wouldn't be buying anything. She gave me a big fake smile and said "Okay, thank you, bye!"
WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK if you...
