I went through the drive-thru this morning around 9am and was shocked by the service I received. The employee with the headset who was taking orders had a miserable look on her face and did not say a single word, not even "good morning" or "hello." When she handed me the bag of donuts I ordered, I didnāt have a chance to grab it, so the entire bag dropped into a puddle on the ground. Instead of apologizing or offering to replace the donuts, she simply stepped away and began taking other orders. I wish she had been wearing a name badge so I could identify her as someone who does not deserve this job.
I also ordered a regular unsweetened iced latte for my wife, which I didnāt taste until I got home. She said it was very sweet, so not only did the employee mishandle the items I ordered, but she also failed to take the order correctly. I am appalled by the service at this location. This isnāt the first time Iāve heard negative reviews about them. I believe it's time to write a letter to the corporate office to address these issues, as what happened today is completely...

As well whenever I come I come in the store when they work it is always super clean and the service is impeccable. Their milkshakes are next level it is what keeps me coming back. No one can compare to what these guys can do with a blender. On top of that their ice cream scooping skills are legendary. I once saw the tall one put 9 scoops of ice cream on one waffle cone!!!! I always see people hit the curb in the drive thru and I do not understand why as I have seen 22 foot box trucks fit through without hitting the curb. I already know my order will be accurate when I see the two " Older" looking cars outside. its a shame they can't afford better cars. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Dunkin' Donuts location. On Sunday at 1:00 p.m., I walked into the store, which had its doors open, only to be rudely told that they were closed.
The staff member, a 15-year-old boy with a mullet haircut, didn't even let me finish using the restroom before insisting I leave. It's baffling how they can claim to be closed with their doors wide open. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it as well.
Although the door was unlocked, and I was able to walk in, and it appears they were too lazy to service the public, they could have had human decency and allowed me and my boy to use the restroom.
This is indicative of HORRIBLE customer service. I asked the 9th grader his name and he gladly, and arrogantly told me: "Nic. N.I.C".
