Hamilton's Pub — Restaurant in Lemont Township

Good food, great prices! The wife and I have visited Hamilton's a number of times, and I'm not sure if I have reviewed them in the past, but I made a mental note to this time, since we were there over the weekend. I have noticed, just like everyone else, how restaurants have been raising prices and adding "fees". Hamilton's doesn't add a credit card fee (or as another establishment we visited a few weeks back, an "administration fee"), tap beer prices were $5.50 for Lagunitas and Three Floyds...have recently been to dive bars and those are now $7 a pint. And you can get a great burger or wrap for under $14. Can't beat that! Oh...and plenty of TVs if you are there to watch some sports. You can see all that in the photos others...

If your looking for a dive bar you found it.. if your looking for some place to enjoy a meal and a drink this isn't the place. I can't review food since after placing our drink order we couldn't get anyone to take our food order. Bartender and two waitstaff on floor in a place that wasn't busy. They were allowing kids to hang in the gambling area, I was to uncomfortable with that stopped gambling. Did I mention how dirty this place was? From windows, menus, tables, to the floors. Not sure it was cleaned from night before. Unfortunately we only had a drink and left to a place we...

So much potential but very poorly managed. Used to go here quite often. Bartenders are very friendly and are very good. Food is ok, but not bad for a pub. Here is a great idea for the owner.. buy your customers a drink once in awhile! They spend plenty of money there, so show some appreciation. On Bear games, have food out always at half times not when someone feels like it. You will find that your receipts will increase when you start to treat your customers...
