Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Lemoore

Upon entering round table pizza it was around 8:50 pm roughly, and we ordered before going to take our seats after getting handed our drinks. Looking over the place it was obvious that they cleaned enough to keep up appearances but there were dead bugs on the floors and in the light fixture over tables, the tables were clean but everything else had a thin layer of grime to it and wasn't well cleaned, even the salad bar was left uncovered so that possible anythingcould just fall in the salad fixings i wouldn't trust it. The atmosphere of the restaurant wasn't anything to be excited about, as a first and last time customer it felt more like a casino themed pizza place than a medieval pizzarea kinda disappointed, and the claw machines they have in the store were priced 5.20 for 4 turns and it wasn't optional if you had a card and only with cash could you have the option to play without spending 5.20 each time you played. Service seemed promising at first but after waiting 48 minutes for a peperoni pizza with olives on one half and a side of bqq wings sauce on the side, we quickly notice that this establishment was being operated by only two workers and it slowed time but also the servers told us we were gonna get our food soon twice and the second time they had to ask us again for our order. 6 people came in after us and we're all take out orders and they were helped first. When our food finally came it looked good but the pizza was cooked too quickly and fell apart and the quality of the seasoning was subpar but mostly bland and was the crust was gummy at certain points, my boyfriend who literally can eat anything couldn't finish it we asked for a refund because the wings were dry and we just wanted to leave at that point. They do not know how to treat customers. I was there and there was a 2 hour wait. They were giving any pizzas to any one and they are not the right ones. I asked the manager about my order. She said she will go check. Then she steps out side to talk on the phone and ignore me. I informed people coming in it's a 2 hour wait and they were happy to leave. The staff was running all around not knowing what to do. The cashier was very rude. Very poor management. Iean if the manager ignores you and goes out side to talk on the cell phone and not get back to you after asking a simple request she needs a new job. Thay had pizza sitting on the counter foe 20 30 minutes and not getting out to the tables this was at 09-16-2022 at 5:00pm. They had at least 5 to 7 people working there and could not get the orders right. I will never go there again. They need better management I have worked at 2 different pizza places and this was by far the worst. I was there to puck up 1 large and 1 xl to dilever to an address in Lemoore. I had to apologize to the customer about the late dilevery of their pizza. He told me he had his friend pick up a pizza in hanford round table 30 minutes after he order his in lemoore. The pizza from hamford got there 1 hour before Lemoore round table...

Horrible pizza place, I called and order a Large Pepperoni Stuffed Crust and I had SPECIFICALLY said Stuffed Crust for a reason because my daughter and other fellow family members love it as well, So in total it was almost $50 worth of pizza because I also had gotten wings turns out they charged me for a STUFFED CRUST but got home and realized they had just gaved us a normal pepperoni no stuffed crust obviously we ate it because it was movie night and we couldn’t bare waste more time to go and return and get refund but what I am saying is that they sure are QUICK to charge you Hefty of a Price for something you don’t get at the end horrible experience already my 2nd one there and shall be...
