Burger King — Restaurant in Lemoyne

Went here last night 2/5/24 around 6:15 pm. The drive-thru wasn't busy, but it took about 6 minutes to get the food after it was paid for (ordered 2 whopper combos, 1 cheeseburger, 1 double cheeseburger and 8 piece nuggets). The soda that comes with the combo is slightly bigger than the value size now. After we left the drive-thru, my fiance said she wanted 2 cheeseburgers and another soda. I went inside and ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a large soda and paid at 6:28 pm. I noticed all of the cooks had short to medium beards with no beard nets on. The cook making the burgers reminded me of the sloths from the movie Zootopia with how incredibly slow he was. He needed to keep looking at the ingredient sheets for EVERY burger he was making and he seemed like he was out of it. After 10 minutes of waiting for 2 cheeseburgers, I asked if they could bring the 2 burgers out to the car so I could eat my previously ordered food and I was told that I had to wait inside. I finally got the 2 cheeseburgers after waiting nearly 15 minutes for them inside. The total amount of burgers the cook made in that time-frame, counting the 2 cheeseburgers I ordered, was 6 and the meat was already made and in the trays waiting to get used! Service was super slow and it wasn't busy at all. I asked 2 other customers if they'd been waiting long and was told by them that they placed their order before leaving to go there and they'd been waiting nearly 20 minutes since getting there for a couple of whoppers. Came here for my first time in a while to get a change of atmosphere from the regular McDo and other fast foods. The place looked promising and we got our foods suspiciously fast. Getting to the middle part of the sandwich, I noticed the meat was becoming more Tammy and harder to pull apart and eat. It was undercooked in the middle. Not trying to look like a Karen, I kindly went up just to inform them of this and was not looking for anything in compensation. I didn’t want a refund nor a remake. I was meant with attacks saying I had eaten the entire sandwich which wasn’t true, I had just gotten to the middle part. Their argument was that if it was undercooked, I wouldn’t have eaten up to this point. I tried to explain how the thermodynamics worked, specifically conduction. The outside of the body (patty or chicken) will heat up and cook before the middle so of course I didn’t notice anything until the middle-most part. I tried explaining this and I was just met with arguments. I just left it at that. I didn’t want to argue with someone who wasn’t going to listen. The fries were great though! This is the rudest bk i have ever been to. Snotty attitudes on the speaker they cut you off and you can hear when they say is that all that youre bothering them by ordering more.... fast forward to getting your food. Its usually wrong i.e no pickles no onions but man ill tell ya if you want extra mayo ask for it on the side or you will have a mayo sandwich. No reciept. No ketchup ever. No napkins. Gotta ask for a straw... come on now. I go back time and time again idk why its always the same. But dang management needs to crack down in there and quit playin around. And maybe get rid of that snotty old toothless lady with the greasy hair she is the RUDEST person in that building. I once asked for new fries and watched her double dip old ones and i specifically asked for new ones and she told me they were. So i just had them taken off.
